But, after working with the InspHire Projects team, a solution was found to create batch imports via SQL, which removed this issue. > > Since we moved to InspHire, the invoicing and asset management of hiring our plant equipment has become so much easier. The system is intuitive and user friendly and allows us to effectively manage the user permissions in-house via the admin portal. Resource and stock management have only improved over the years. > > **Puntos en contra**: In 2018 Insphire was purchased by Kerridge Commercial Systems who over the next 12 months slashed the customer support and development team. Technical support is now frankly pathetic with critical issues taking months to resolve, compared to days in 2017. Fixes \&New features documents with major releases used to be on the order of 120 pages of details, the latest versions have been more like 30 pages. I've not seen anything significantly added now in over 2 years, with long standing bugs known for the same length of time remain unfixed. I can only assume they are intentionally running it into the ground as their new parent company has their own rental software > > First few years were great, but since they were bought out service levels have just dropped through the floor. It's still a good product, but without basic bug fixing it's now a ticking timebomb.
