But evolution was easier to read time left for tanning. Salon 10 looks like a program I used in kindergarten in 1989. > > **Puntos en contra**: Worst customer service and support ever\!\! Wish I could give negative stars. IT is rude and condescending. Our credit card machine has not worked in 9 days, we can't open the register, print a receipt, and we had them reinstall the program because of a computer crash and data they added was from 5 months ago. So, we have not been able to run our EFT memberships for days, which is the majority of our money. They do not seem to care that we have not been able to sell anything and have to stay open and run our salon with our tmax. When you call them Will answers and says they will call back which takes forever, possibly days and that's even if they call back. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they have not even called me at all. They lock you into a credit card processor, which is world pay. World pay is equally as horrible. I cannot believe a company operates this way. I've heard tanlink is amazing and will be checking into them after this experience. Everyone we have a Windows update, I cringe... It usually screws up the credit card machine so you can't ring people up, until salon touch support gets back to you. ----- ### "Software every salon should use. Reliable software. I like that it can manage inventories > > **Puntos en contra**: They don't have a comparison chart that lays out actual benefits of pearl to evolution and we can't seem to see a big difference. The program has to be ran on your computer when you're signed in as administrator. This allows employees to download anything on the internet. This leaves us very vulnerable for viruses.
