Apparently my password needed to be updated and I requested a link sent to my email. I tried it multiple times and no email was ever sent so I was unable to get in to my CT Services. She found it was our security software that somehow was blocking my access. So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call. Worse mistake we ever made going to chirotouch. > > Very bad, no follow through and checking with anyone on any issues you are having. Support is non-existent and what support they do have is all overseas. They will also hold your records hostage and will only do a full data migration when they feel its appropriate. > > Better than Genesis. However, their isn't much support. You are left to do things without support. Support doesn't call back, especially higher level support.
