Hi, Raul. Thanks for this feedback. We're acting on it to make it better. This is what we did: We hired more customer support reps Our 1st priority is speed and stability. Refunds, upgrades, are downgrades are easy. As a founder, I want to personally help you if you have any problems with your reporting.
Porter + Data Studio = Game Changer
Comentarios: We needed a way to extend Google Data Studio to include data from all our channels, including social. There's no way to do this natively with GDS, a tool like Porter is required. I found Supermetrics expensive and intimidating, so I was pleased to find Porter.

The smooth (and fun) interface makes it easy to connect data sources and start building a report. The pricing is very competitive, and I love that the team will actually set a report up for you.
Contras:
Everything has been pretty smooth, I have no complaints.
