Opinones de Leadpages
Alternativas consideradas:
Es una plataforma amateur, para quien no sepa nada de diseño web es correcta.
Comentarios: La plataforma te salva cuando tienes que realizar algún sitio con extrema rapidez y urgencia, pero no la elijo para desarrollar proyectos más importantes.
Puntos a favor:

Leadpages is vital to our Marketing Efforts
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages allows my team to create marketing landing pages for our clients. We have them fill out a form after clicking on an advertisement. Leadpages makes it really easy to stay organized and sort though our numerous landing pages. The platform is fairly easy to use and very good user experience.
Contras:
This tool could use some form of tutorial and better customer service.
Leadpages - super functional
Comentarios: I'm creating a lot of sign-up forms or sales pages to show the materials I have for sale and opt-ins for my email list. I also created a page that is like link-tree which is on my company's Instagram profile. I liked creating my own because I found link-tree to be fussy sometimes and would randomly stop working. Never had a problem with my leadpage one though!
Puntos a favor:
I find this software super easy to use and functional. It does what I need it to do and the more I use it, the more little tricks and design things I figure out that make my materials POP. I love the tool that examines the lead to give advice on what I can make better (the lead optimizer tool). That's super helpful and informative. I'm the only one on my team that uses leadpages. I feel like I get to get feedback on my materials before I go live with something. And I LOVE that I can easily refresh my updates/publish and I don't have to update a link anywhere. I can quickly make changes with push of a button!
Contras:
Sometimes I design a page and when I go to preview it, the aspect ratios have changed and I have to go back in and redesign. For instance, a header logo with some text below it may fit perfectly within the box at the top of the page. When I preview it, the logo/text doesn't optimize for the new window (like phone or tablet) and I have to keep resizing to figure out what will fit. To me there should be a standard width of frame that will auto-fix the size when changing to phone or tablet. It would be nice to also have more drag and drop functionality. Like that an image would fit ANYWHERE in a section I create (like wix or weebly does with their websites). Sometimes I have to do a lot of pre-design art work when I'm creating something. And then it doesn't even allow for a text box to fit where I want it to.
Great complete tool, a bit pricey
Comentarios: Helped me generate my first leads with beautiful landing pages
Puntos a favor:
Very complete, many features and frequent webinars that showed how to use the tools and the new features
Contras:
The cost : it was quite pricey especially for a new business.
Rigidity and Disregard
Comentarios: I recently had an incredibly disheartening experience with Leadpages, which I feel compelled to share to forewarn potential customers about their questionable business practices and overall lack of empathy towards clients. My journey with Leadpages took a turn for the worse when I attempted to cancel my Pro Annual subscription. Expecting a prorated refund for the unused portion of my service - a fairly standard practice in today's customer-centric business world - I was met with a cold, inflexible stance. Despite my reasonable request, and having paid in advance for services I no longer intended to use, Leadpages outright refused any form of refund, hiding behind the small print of their Terms of Service. The response from their support team, while polite on the surface, revealed a deeper issue within Leadpages' culture: a fundamental disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness. Their insistence on sticking rigidly to their TOS, without considering the context or fairness of the situation, was both disappointing and frustrating. The interaction was an eye-opening insight into a company that prioritizes policy adherence over customer relations and fairness. Furthermore, the cost of their services, when compared to other options in the market, is exorbitant. This realization only added to my dissatisfaction, making it clear that Leadpages is not only inflexible but also overpriced. The refusal to consider a partial refund, even when such a request was made well in advance and for legitimate reasons, speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. To add insult to injury, the final communication from Leadpages was an impersonal rejection of my request, devoid of any genuine attempt to understand or accommodate my situation. It was a clear message: Leadpages values its policies more than its customers. This experience has not only led me to cancel my subscription but also to advise others to steer clear of Leadpages. There are plenty of other services out there that value their customers and understand the importance of flexibility and fairness in today’s competitive landscape. In a world where customer feedback and satisfaction are paramount, Leadpages' rigid and uncaring approach is a stark warning to stay away.
Puntos a favor:
There is nothing good about this service. Stay clear from it.
Contras:
High cost. Poor support. Poor performance.

Good choice for landing pages
Comentarios: It is a very good option to make landig pages and capture leads, the templates are very nice and you have for all uses, they are quick to download and good lead capture.
Puntos a favor:
What I liked the most were the templates, the ease of publication, the easy editing and the a/b test.
Contras:
What I liked least was that in some things although you should be able to do them, the modification of templates failed, the gallery seemed good but limited.

Hello Patricia, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback and we are also very glad to hear that you have had a good experience using Leadpages. Thanks for being a great part of our team! Our Best, The Leadpages Team
I’ve tried them all, and Leadpages still wins!
Comentarios: Leadpages has changed my life! Literally! I use it daily to support my business, but more importantly I use it to sell my copywriting and design services as a contractor and consultant. As such, I’ve worked with a ton of other page builders. While a few (like unbounce) have caught my attention with their cool widgets and mobile builders, I always come back to Leadpages because of the great price, fantastic support and knowledge that the product team is always putting out new things. Also, Leadpages is just so simple to use!
Puntos a favor:
My favorite thing about Leadpages is that the product is always being updated with new, helpful features. Since the reorganization of the dashboard, it is very user friendly and intuitive. For the most part, all of the major functional features I need to make high converting pages are there. I love how easy integrations are, and I absolutely LOVE that I can copy sections, use section templates and easily alter page templates to my liking.
Contras:
I have been saying for years now that there needs to be more functionality for images. An on page image resizer would be fantastic. It would also be very helpful to be able to insert image carousels. I would also love to see a separate mobile builder. Design is very important when it comes to conversions, and I think some of the most wanted features are missing.

Great Templates!
Comentarios: Very popular, great conversion rate, a little pricey. I would definitely invest in Leadpages as the business began to turn a profit.
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages has plenty of great templates and styles. You can customize a lot of areas. You can also brand color and logo all your pages.
Contras:
The cost was a bit high for what I was going to use it for plus it took a little time to learn. If you were doing more sales pages with higher volume sales it would be really useful.

Good just not as good as others
Comentarios: Overall it worked. It could do the job. It's just not the best out there
Puntos a favor:
I liked that I could easily make landing pages.
Contras:
It lacked some of the functionality and I found it to be a lot slower than other options out there.
Highly recommend
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages is simple to use. It has a variety of templates that make set up easy. I have had this service for over 10 years. They offer the best price point and value in the industry.
Contras:
I can’t think of any cons of this service.
Poor Customer Service
Comentarios: Disappointing. They are not proactive in assisting clients.
Puntos a favor:
HubSpot and other platforms are more robust.
Contras:
Customer service is horrendous! After years of being a client, my company had an inactive account for over a year. While I was fully aware of the terms of service, I have to admit that I was extremely disappointed that they could not provide a refund. Even more disappointing was that they acknowledged they knew we had not logged in for over a year and couldn't make an exception. As I was new to my position, this was one of those platforms that got looked over. In their own words: [sensitive content hidden]
Easy to use website / landing page builder with great looking templates, Not ideal for websites with Blogs
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages has some great looking landing page and website templates. Out of all the web design tools ive used I think the templates from leadpages are the best looking. The software is fairly easy to use compared to similar programs.
Contras:
They dont have many templates for video based pages which is strange similar software like groove.cm has lots of these. If you want a website with a blog this is difficult to due to leadpages design.
Easy to use , top integrations, great conversion tools and analytics
Comentarios: One of the best features about LeadPages is that we can have one up and running in an hour! We bypass development, which translates into weeks of lead time savings. With LeadPages, we can have a new campaign live within the hour. Often, speed to market is the underlying success of a campaign—and LeadPages delivers. Not only do we save time, we also save BIG in development dollars as we typically have to outsource a quick turnaround campaign. Additionally, I have never had to call for support. The few times I have had questions, I found ansers on the support site.
Puntos a favor:
I've tried several landing page vendors and LeadPages meets all my needs. FInally, a tool designed for (and maybe by!) the end user, instead of an engineer. It's so easy to use, whether I design from scratch or use a template. It integrates with my email program and with GA, providing the most important success analytics and also an excellent guide for A/B testing. They have so thoughtfully included many conversion tools such as opt-in texts. LeadPages is thoughtfully created for the success of the user.
Contras:
Although I have mastered the design aspect of LeadPages, I still wish it were easier to size different parts of the layout/design, but its grid model lends itself to being, well, modular. I can still create a beautiful landing page, but I'll never be able to start from a blank canvas. I realize LeadPages has to allow for responsive optimization, therefore understanding the need for a modular template. I'm not complaining about this—I'm just saying...

Lovely landing pages, but missing a few key elements
Comentarios: Beautiful landing pages that are way easier to make than I could do on my own.
Puntos a favor:
Everyone loves Leadpages, right? When you think about good looking landing pages, Leadpages is who comes to mind. Gorgeous templates, easy drag-and-drop editor, integrations with WordPress so you can host your pages on your site, and for the more expensive plans you can integrate Stripe products and payments. Which leads me to what I don't like...
Contras:
I'm frustrated that the coupon functionality with Stripe doesn't work in Leadpages. I use coupons as a way for other bloggers to sell my events, and I track their usage by who used which coupons. It's not the most sophisticated way to do it, but it works. But even though you can make coupons in Stripe, the functionality isn't supported in Leadpages. So I upgraded, and paid the extra so that it was a smooth experience for customers, but when the coupons didn't work I had to change. My workaround was to put a Shopify Buy Button on the landing page, embedding the html code. It's not as pretty, but it works.

Leadpages
Puntos a favor:
I use Leadpages for my business because it is so easy to use and allows me to create landing pages, pop-ups and more with their simple drag and drop builder. Their customer service is also very good and always prompt in getting back to me. They have a full team of experts that you can contact anytime you need help including training. You can also get a free trial to try out their services before buying. I highly recommend them.
Contras:
Leadpages is a nice tool to create landing pages.
Poor support and difficult to use
Puntos a favor:
I like the overall appearance of the leadpages. I like that it can be used with facebook but have not tried this part of the software.
Contras:
I've been paying these guys per month for several years now for just one leadpage. I never call their support center. I called to inquire about sales but had to leave a vmail and the response I received came to my email below... "Phone support is currently only available to Advanced Subscribers, as we just don't have the staffing power to provide it to everyone. More about support options here: How to Contact Technical Support" The fact that I was actually calling about sales and I can't speak to a real person is frustrating. Furthermore I work in engineering with software and even I found it difficult to figure out how to do basic things with their platform. Its like they have all these ideas but their engineering team doesn't take the time to consider how the features will flow on their UI to be intuitive. The system is so complicated that it requires for you to upgrade your plan to receive phone support for them to help you. There are companies like mailchimp that don't even offer phone support however the difference is they offer a simple mail template platform, however leadpages is way to difficult to use and in return not offer phone support. Bottom line is they treat their lower plan users like 2nd class citizens unless you pay them a high amount monthly, they will probably give you the same kind of support I received. I'm currently looking at other leadpage solutions I found on google and found a couple cheaper options that offer phone support.

LeadPages helped explode my business
Comentarios: At first, I wanted to implement decent-looking 2-step opt-in forms, where users could click a link and bring up a pop-up. In 2014, that was surprisingly challenging to do. I've scaled back from that strategy and the extra javascript leadpages loads, but still use the software to host several one-off landing pages, custom thank-you pages / digital product sales pages, and even a custom 404 page.
Puntos a favor:
I was a reluctant LeadPages customer in 2014, but it turned out to be a great purchase. Within 3 months, my email list had tripled. Within 12 months, it had 12x'd. It was a big inflection point for my business. I like the pre-built templates (always easier than starting from scratch), and how fast it is to build pages. There have been a few issues of down time, but overall it's very reliable. I recently started testing the countdown timer and Stripe integration, which has been a cool new way to sell digital products.
Contras:
Mainly the price. I'm always tempted by other landing page builders on AppSumo, but at this point LeadPages has the SaaS tentacles wrapped around me pretty tight. It would take a lot of work to undo it and switch to another tool.
Great as a starting point
Comentarios: LeadPages has been very useful for us getting started with our small business marketing campaigns.
Puntos a favor:
Intuitive interface - much easier than other Landing Page creation tools. I appreciate the depth of features and functionality for basic marketing and informational pages.
Contras:
Sometimes there are intuitive disconnects with spacing, section sizing, ability to adjust image sizes, etc.

Great support, many features
Comentarios: I used to love LeadPages, until I moved on
Puntos a favor:
LeadPages were the first to focus on speed, the first to introduce sms optin, and the first in many features all their competitors have or are adopting. And we've used them for years. Until we found the design limitation and the focus on marketing look too limiting a factor. Because people don't want to be marketed to, but want to be informed about. with LeadPages all the landing pages look like a marketing collateral, and the changes are hard to make. and limited too. Making it almost impossible to have something that people actually want to read, watch or listen to. Instead of being forced by the same old FOMO tactics used by many, but not working anymore.
Contras:
All the pages made with LeadPages look the same. You can spot on of theirs a mile away. And they all look like what marketers would do (which creates resistance form visitors) instead of looking like high value articles & blogs (that remove friction form users).
Job Done with a few mis-steps
Comentarios: Can be frustrating at times but there are lots of moving parts to organize. Mostly satisfied but can get stuck. Would be great if there was online tech help.
Puntos a favor:
It's fairly intuitive platform to use, most of the time. You will run into needing help and the knowledge desk is very good at step by step guidance.
Contras:
I can't understand why I don't have the capacity to edit the lead list. We'll use our own emails to test pages and then those leads are stuck on the list forever. I want the ability to edit that list as we grow. I've asked the company about this and they've never explained why they do this way.

Why can't I like this Builder? I just have not been able to warm to it at all.
Puntos a favor:
This is a great solution for many companies and entrepreneurs. The price is better than other options and they boast a large template library. Additionally the platform works with a lot of various integrations and that makes it very attractive. Yet still, I cannot warm to this platform.
Contras:
I find the builder to be clunky and not easy to manipulate designs and placements. It is a very old style and feel to the builder and does not have the responsiveness I have come to expect. I have tried to like this platform multiple times and just find it in need of some updates and a fresh user experience. I also find the pricing a bit off putting. The monthly plans are considerably higher than if paid yearly. I get the reasoning but why not earn loyalty by trusting your product enough that you don't have to discount a one year contract and stick it to a monthly plan. Some of us are startup mode and need cash flow. Loyalty is not earned over price but in Service and impeccable products.
Terrible
Comentarios: Terrible company. Stopped using the service for ages and they kept charging me for 10 months. They are really sneaking and they have bad business practices. They didn't even notify me (or email me) that I was getting charged. I had not idea they were taking money out of my account. I believe (in my opinion) that this is a tactic so you just let charges slip. The website service is basic and pretty amateur. You cant' design anything good with the site. Stay away
Puntos a favor:
the service let's you get a basic site done with no code.
Contras:
they have questionable billing practices. They don't not notify you when they charge you

Hey Nick, As a company, we have always strived to be upfront and fair with our billing practices and have complied with legal requirements. That being said, after further review, we have determined that in regards to monthly subscription billing reminders, the standard industry practice is simply not good enough and does not align with our company values. For that reason, beginning July 1, 2021, we will be sending monthly renewal reminder emails to our customers. Our mission is to support the growth of small businesses and the well-being of entrepreneurs. We acknowledge that our previous billing notification policy may have fallen short of that purpose and appreciate the opportunity to better embody our values and serve our customers. Effortless tool for Landing Page Creation and Optimization
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages offers a user-friendly platform for creating high-converting landing pages. The drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed templates make it easy to create professional-looking pages quickly and efficiently. The platform also offers A/B testing, analytics and mobile-responsive designs to ensure optimal performance and conversions.
Contras:
This tool has proven to be consistently effective with no cons.
Highly recommended!
Puntos a favor:
I would highly recommend Leadpages to all those looking for a digital tool to help them with building a landing page, popup forms, alter bars and more! The Leadpages template library is my favorite feature because it's an excellent way to give the page a feel and look I would like it to have. There seems to be pretty much a template for each circumstance, which is a very good thing to know.
Contras:
Templates are amazing and should be customized... othewise, the webpage built by user A is going to look pretty much the same, from an aesthetic point of view, as that of user B. After having used Leadpages for a while, you are going to start to recognize a specific template being created by someone else

Good for Landing pages, often buggy
Puntos a favor:
Leadpages allow you to connect unlimited domains, so you are able to host unlimited websites, so to say. That makes it quite useful for people with several ventures that need landing pages for several domains. The editor interface is not difficult to use and it allows you to customize the content in the page to an acceptable degree. You can save Page colors to be able to reuse them over the page, avoiding inconsistency. Their new Checkout form is easy to use and provides a really fast way to accept credit card payments, small merchants would love this.
Contras:
Leadpages interfaces was often buggy, saving the changes sometimes failed and the Leadmeter is sometimes failing to guess properly, giving frequent hints on things that shouldn't decrease the ability of the page to generate leads. The AB testing was a good idea, is easy to use but when I decided the winner between the two I lost all the analytics from the old page, sometimes showing the number but unable to access the reports. I found that the analytics are often misleading, counting clicks as conversion making the revenue reports not accurate. Integrations with third-party services were also failing sometimes. Overall I think the system needs more work in the engineering to make it more robust and stable.
