That has not happened even once with Hookle. I can relax, stress free, knowing with absolute certainty that each post will be published at the exact scheduled time. And all for one low annual fee. And I can see the performance of each post in real time, plus a copy of the best performing posts for the past few days which enables me to then immediately reschedule them for some months ahead and I can keep a check on future scheduled posts on the calendar. I'm not even sure if this is actually a functioning app and since customer service doesn't work either, I'm moving on.
