When they did contact us none of us could understand what he was saying 'language barrier'. It started with one of their devices going bad and them charging me because I didn't use it for 40 hours\! My other problem is when we started with them I was not told we had to use them 40 hours per box. We received 3 and I'm sure we where way over 120 hours total but the one broken box got us a charge.
