> **Puntos a favor**: The biggest Pro of this software is that it was obviously built by groomers. It has all the functionality needed without being too confusing and technical. They listen to suggestions and add them into their updates (within reason I'm sure but so far two of my wish list items have been added) Price is better the most other software that do similar functions. I can access it from any device that gets internet.

> **Puntos en contra**: Would like if it had a payment gateway (They said that was on the horizon)Would also be nice if it included a google map access or something like MapQuest for mobile groomers.

> Once they helped me get it all set up for our shop it has been a breeze to use. The other groomers were hesitant but once they started using it they are happy we have it. The support is amazing, Once you create a relationship with one of the support staff they have no issue giving you their direct cell so you can text or call anytime for help.

> **Puntos a favor**: Groomy as been a life changer at our grooming salon. We went from the old groomers cards to all being online based. Having to search everyday for cards of dogs coming in was always a hassle. Now all we have to do is type name, phone number, or animals name into the search bar and there whole profile comes up. The profile consists of all there personal information and the pets information from birthday \& weight to all the haircuts\! Its Amazing\!\!

> **Puntos en contra**: We don't really have anything bad to say about Groomy. When we did have a few concerns all we did was message the creators via the Groomy page and they reached right out and our problems were solved.

> **Puntos a favor**: the app and website look great, I love the amount of work put into it. also, I appreciate the security advertised and above all the ease of use and how organized it is for both the client and the shop. the prices are within range as well.

> **Puntos en contra**: I think not a lot of people know about Groomy thus more robust marketing campaign might be needed; moreover, the explanatory video posted on Youtube can be cut down because I think it is a bit long.
> 
> All in all, the idea behind Groomy is innovative and needed. I think more people should know about it and I encourage Groomy to expand their operations to different categories as well.
