> **Puntos a favor**: I really liked the level of customisation available in VTEnext.  it is mostly easy to do and a non-developer like me manages well. &#10;&#10;We were able to integrate into the backend of our other survey systems. It was fairly easy to do.&#10;&#10;We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time

I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. &#10;&#10;There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation.

La piattaforma permette di adattare workflow, automazioni e processi alle reali esigenze operative dell’azienda, senza costringere il cliente a modificare completamente il proprio modo di lavorare.&#10;&#10;Abbiamo trovato molto utili le funzionalità di automazione, la gestione centralizzata di clienti e attività, e le possibilità di integrazione tramite API con altri strumenti aziendali. Questo ci ha permesso di ridurre attività manuali, migliorare il controllo dei processi e aumentare l’efficienza operativa.&#10;&#10;Un altro punto di forza è la disponibilità del team VTENEXT e l’evoluzione continua della piattaforma, che negli anni ha introdotto miglioramenti concreti sia lato funzionalità che esperienza utente.
