The delay in integrating with some social networks, not showing all the information in the first report.

I think when the software make you choose an report as traffic manager.. they can delivery automaticcaly at list the CPC métric, the most important metrics for themsselves, like cost or something like that.

I really enjoyed so much the customer service in the platform. I had several doughts about the interface, and the support helped me in a few minutes to solve the issue. But the reports and dashboards are great. Minimalist and straight to the point.

Contras:

Right now, I´m using the app just for a few days, so I didn´t have anything negative to say.

It was one of the most affordable platforms to integrate all my social channels. Many reporting dashboards will work to report on paid social ads but not organic statistics. Reportei pulls all of this information into one place and makes it easy to share with clients. It provides reporting in both report and dashboard formats which is nice. I can easily share the link with clients and they can update the date range to view different reports.

Contras:

The customization of the look of the reports could be a little better, but overall it's ready to present without much additional manual work.

Comentarios: A agência usa a ferramenta já a mais de ano. Eu tive contato por menos tempo e uso continuamente para entregar relatórios de resultados aos clientes. Ajuda muito na formatação dos dados, apresentação de resultados e, com isso, reduz o tempo gasto na preparação de um relatório.

Possui uma gama enorme de conectores, desde os mais tradicionais até ferramentas como RD Station. No quesito relatório, permite manter modelos prontos mas também sugere, para cada rede, uma série de indicadores prontos. Além disso, permite criar dashboards para monitoramento contínuo de indicadores.

Contras:

Até agora não tivemos uma demanda que não fosse facilmente atendida. E, nos casos mais críticos, o suporte responde rapidamente.

Comentarios: I can export a lot of data to work and show to my client with a few clicks. It saves a lot of time.

I miss Twitter so much. They already have a lot of social media accounts, but I really want to get reports from Twitter. And Power Point exportation is a must-have as well since a lot of my colleagues show the results to the client via PPT.

The software is extremely easy to use. The software allows you to setup notification reports 24-48 hours after you send an email campaign to understand key metrics.

Contras:

It would be an improvement if the software gave you pre-made templates to edit. There are a few but not as many as you would find in alternatives.

I love the custumer support. Everytime I find myself questioning either to use one or another feature, i ask the support team who rappidly answers me.

I took a while untill the report for the customer´stories was set, I had to do it by my self till then.
