> WiCis Careflows software is intuitive and easy to customize. The technical support from WiCis team was excellent. The president of the company Ms. Carlota Fenes took personal interest in our software implementation and guided us well throughout the integration.

The task can be completed very efficiently as efforts to minimize needed key strokes and or swipes are evident. The fields were also highly customizable for any scenario and different settings.

> **Puntos en contra**: Any initial concerns were addressed by the techs and addressed with customization. Issue resolved.
> 
> As an RN, I documented cases being performed in the Operating Room. I found that the case could be easily and efficiently documented with CareFlows.  When a need for customization came up, their techs were receptive to the suggestions and highly accommodating.

With Careflow,  it was designed to give the agency a high level of customization so the software fits your model.  The customer service is also outstanding. whether it is a feature request or technical difficulties, they have been quick to a resolution.

> 
> Currently we are  using it to have remote doctor appointments. It's helpful because we can add or remove fields on the fly. The doctors that have used it have needed very little help on getting up and running.
