Easy, simple to use
Comentarios: - great and fast support
Puntos a favor:
It's very simple to use and all basic component, which you need to start and work are free of charges
Contras:
- calendar in channel manager to close out the channels is too much complicated - miss the connection to the google Hotel Ads - for the moment can be used only in UK, would be nice to use it over EU countries

Brilliant Software
Comentarios: Started with the free version about 10 years ago with our 2 holiday cottages. That saved us work. Then added messaging (paid function) and on line payments (stripe). Both saved us even more work. Recently added the connection to google vacation rentals (paid function) which has increased our bookings due to increased exposure in google searches. Everything has worked flawlessly. We do not use any of the on line travel agents so pay no commission. All our bookings are direct
Puntos a favor:
Indefinite free use of the basic structure so you can test it to see if it is a fit for you. The support is friendly and really good. It works and saves us loads of work. It keeps improving with new features. It works out much cheaper than alternatives. They do not engage in high powered misleading advertising or use pushy misleading salesmen.
Contras:
There is nothing really that we do not like
A lot of manual input
Comentarios: There was a lot of manual input required for the "free" application.
Puntos a favor:
I was able to manage my rooms. There was also a direct booking function.
Contras:
The function to manage rooms on multiple platforms was expensive so I had to be on top of the bookings to ensure I didn't get double bookings. I could only put one room on an OTA and if I took a direct booking I had to ensure that the room was available and/or close it out on the OTA first.

Thanks for the feedback. I can see that you used the system just over three years ago for a short while and, as you mention, did not take up any of the chargeable services. The channel manager is the service that would have put an end to the manual inputting of third party bookings and risk of double booking. After an initial setup fee the only ongoing cost is #1 per booking made via the connected channels (so never your own bookings) and these are capped at a maximum of #49 per month. In quiet months like we have seen many of this year (2020 - covid) there have been MANY monthly invoices going out at #0... ZERO... all the while our usual support levels have been available for all customers and the system has not stopped doing what it does. Comentarios: This has been a godsend to our business, it's features are easy to use, understand and implement to our staff, the cost is inexpensive but if using a few OTA's I would definitely recommend the channel manager feature, it saves so much time and effort allowing us to concentrate on the guests instead of a computer
