As integration, they offer you support on their new support ticket system that were missing in the past and also on call if needed, but using the cloud version none of this will be needed, just to read the knowledge base they have on their website platform. Once you access the centraleyezer cloud everything from the main menu is straight forward even if you are not so familiar with the security zone. When I've first asked for the test demo trial, I was a little bit sceptical about the strength of this software, the multiple option to integrate with many security services providers and many more options. > > **Puntos en contra**: In the past the knowledge base was missing, even if they had a full tutorial book was a little bit overwhelming.
