It was a waste of time and caused frustration with our clients and staff. We were already beginning the process of transition from MB to ZF when we discovered MT and had a product review consult. However, to stop the process would have cost more and a 2-3 month wait after we had already communicated to our clients we were transitioning in two weeks to ZF. Ultimately we stayed with ZF so as not to rock the boat, save money and give it a chance. Really wish someone had communicated to us earlier they were owned by the same company. This gives confidence that we are listened to. Finally, they are proactive and forward thinking.
