Full features and easy to use, I can't believe Applauz is free

The system is easy to use, and customer support is just amazing. The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes.

Contras:

it is necessary to prepare the HR team before implementing such a system, it is a big change that should not be underestimated.

Keeping the drive going!

Comentarios: It has been good, but honestly I haven't utilized it as much as I should be!

Puntos a favor:

It is an "extra" incentive for the reps to keep involved with associates and reps.

Contras:

I don't really think there are any at this time

Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!

Comentarios: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

Puntos a favor:

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.

Contras:

It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

Comentarios: My experience with Applauz has been amazing. I have been able to obtain some great merch from our company, got some gift cards that purchased a brand-new Ninja for my kitchen, had some beautiful things said about me, and shared many kind words about my peers. Overall this is a great platform for peer recognition.

Puntos a favor:

I love that we can but internal company merch but also have the opportunity to buy other items in the Applauz store such as gift cards and even trips! The buy points feature is awesome if we need to top off our purchases too. The options are really endless with what we can do and im so happy our company chose to partner with Applauz!

Contras:

i kinda wish i didnt get daily emails for reminding me to recognize someone at 7pm and then again at 8am of who was recognized. Essentially 2x a day is quite a bit.

what I love about applauz

Comentarios: I love it all together as we can recognize others for many different things such as helping, there for one another but you can also use it as a tool just to say good morning how is your day as our teams are spread apart so we can communicate even with other not in our district but that are part of the team over all

I like that it gives us a chance to give recognition to others on the team.

Contras:

I've not found anything that i do not like about applauz

Comentarios: Great! Will highly recommend this product to other companies. Great way for employees to engage with others within the company that are in various locations.

Cinemark gift cards do not have a barcode to scan

Comentarios: The web app is very user friendly, and efficient. It helps connect with peers and it lets user celebrate each others success and growth.

I recently started using Applauz and I couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface.

The interface could use more reactions and ways to interact.

The only con I have is having to search for something that I missed when I was off or on vacation.

Comentarios: So far so good. I redeem one apple watch with several products I won't use forever.

Loading slow and the categories of products are not enough

I enjoy how easy it is to keep in touch with many different coworkers from across multiple departments and locations within the company.

Contras:

At first, it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating the website. After practicing a bit, however, it becomes pretty intuitive.

Easy incentives for good work

Comentarios: Applauz is great because it allows the company to constantly offer incentives for good work without the hassle of having to come up with a plan for bonuses etc. Ive gotten a bunch of free meals just for doing work that I was already going to do anyway. Definitely encourages me to do extra whenever I can for the added incentive.

Puntos a favor:

Allows for extra incentives for work we are already doing.

Contras:

I haven't quite figured out the value changes between tiers for the gift card redemptions.

I personally find the interface a little confusing (clicking likes on the correct message and the like).

Comentarios: We put all our advisors on the platform. They love it. They earn points throughout the year and can redeem points when they are ready. We use them for incentives as well.
