I was greatly resistant to setting up zoom and didn't think online therapy would be successful, but the transition was seamless and the product is easy to use. Scheduling and emailing appointments to clients is super easy and takes about a minute. I'm really glad I jumped on board with the transition to online care during the pandemic.
