We have requested several features, and within a matter of a week or so, those features appeared in the product. Physical breaks down eventually and needs frequent attention. When physical is down, you're still paying the phone company for the line. With online faxing you skip that. Also, the web portal is well laid out and easy to use. With online, history is saved and easy to find later when needed. > > **Puntos en contra**: It would be nice to have better options to send incoming faxes to different email addresses. Whether thats a more expensive plan option I dont know. Often, the manager of the web portal is not always where the faxes need to go. > > Very positive. We saved money on phone lines, paper, physical hardware and IT-time to address intermittent problems with physical.
