I also love its capability to keep me organized with my transactions and goals with the client dashboard. I especially love that I can send video emails to clients which keeps me looking up with current technology which is a bonus when maintaining business clientele.

> **Puntos en contra**: Time consuming, cumbersome, anti-SEO value, time consuming, illogical workflow (most of their components won't talk to Engage but Engage can talk to them) Non-synching with itself, building non-complex campaigns is beyond frustrating - haven't even approached the complex campaigns we used to have, customer service will feed you the absolute minimum answer you need and refers you to white pages 99% of the time...that's if you can get someone past the bot, agent usage went from 100% on ZAP to 13% on MOXI

> Trainwreck and I think at this point having the agents use rolodex cards would be more effective and efficient...yah, it's really that bad.
