Timed stories straightforwardly from my PC is truly astounding! It's an efficient software. There is a great deal of information in examining reports that are extremely helpful to co ordinate my activities, like make content that truly connect with my crowd. The reports are wonderful and simple to impart to my customers.

Contras:

They have no portable application for plan posts, mass post component isn't accessible yet and there's no coordination with google examination.but may be in the future it comes out but in the last 20 or maybe more days, i have been happy with the outcomes

Schedule stories directly from my computer is really amazing! It`s a time saver. There is a lot of data in analytics reports that are very useful to direct my actions like create content who really engage my audience. The reports are beautiful and easy to share with my clients.

Contras:

They have no mobile app for schedule posts, bulk post feature is not available yet and there`s no integration with google analytics.

Hands off - they charge your credit card without authorization

Comentarios: We were lucky when we started using Woop 2019. Then the tool started with problems and there were days, you couldn't use the tool. No answers of emails and so on. Then at the end of 2021: they charged our credit card with 7'500 BRL without authorization. You have no possibility to cancel the subsription. Our emails have remained unanswered until today. We had to cancel our credit card. If you are thinking about using woop, use only the free option and never give your credit card. And don't be surprised if it just doesn't work for a few days. Absolutely unprofessional company that makes profit with fraud.

Woop is amazing! Analytics, scheduler and full IG management, EVERYTHING I always needed. I was never happy with other apps. Hootsuit, buffer, etc, what archaic tools comparing to WOOP, now I am complete. Costumer support is really kind and helpfull.

Contras:

I am trying to find any but it is beeing hard in the last 12 days. Maybe I can edit this section when I find some. Probabily not.

I have to admit software is not bad, but this company is was too shady from the start. Bad customer support, no way of canceling subscription. These guys turned out to be scammers, when sending an email asking to cancel my plan, they charged our company 1,800usd without any authorization. They have not responded our emails as of yet. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Contras:

SCAMMERS, they will not cancel your account and make un authorized charges.
