The flexibility with how to set up your own system and templates. Scheduling appointments is a breeze even if you have to register a new client they updated the system to accommodate that in a recent update. > > **Puntos en contra**: I dislike how much the system changes sometimes. I personally like the updates, but communicating that to my staff (especially the parttime staff) sometimes is difficult or frustrating due to the changes from week to week. I do not care much for the 2 factor log-in feature since we have multiple technicians and doctors moving throughout the clinic. We use a shared technician log-in for the clinic. > > I really enjoy the PIMs overall. I think the AI dictation is an amazing feature and really speeds up the efficiency of my records. Their team has also been highly responsive to feedback and genuinely interested in improving the product based on real-world hospital needs. > > **Puntos en contra**: One area that still needs improvement is the accuracy and consistency of the AI Scribe feature. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform. That said, Digitail's team has been highly receptive to feedback and continues to release meaningful improvements based on user input. > > Our overall experience has been very positive. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need.
