They also make it easy to create a custom URL and pay for it included with their standard fees. Because they’re domain experts, they know I need pages for my monthly minutes, a member directory, and other resources that allow me to migrate all of our community’s legacy services onto 1 platform going forward. I’m impressed how easy their tool is to use to set up, design and deploy, including their self service knowledge base and live chat for those times when I was stumped. It’s not the end of the world, just an update to our business processes.
