It's easy to use and navigate - creating groups and campaigns is intuitive.

Would love to see metrics on a monthly basis (not just when the campaign started) in order to compare to our other reported metrics
Necessary software for any ABM program but still needs some refining
Comentarios: We're getting engagement from and warming up accounts in our ABM pipeline before outreach to contacts within those accounts. Driving more brand awareness too, that's been huge for us!
Puntos a favor:
Simple to use and easy to get up and running Product features are getting better and better (site id, LinkedIn integration, etc.) Customer Service is awesome and really responsive You can turn off a specific account from getting ads served to them. Really powerful when trying to allocate a specific spend to an account. How targeted you can set up campaigns and tactics is powerful in ABM Value brought to our business is amazing! We're getting huge companies engaging with our ads, which helps Marketing get buy-in from leadership on ABM and display ads as a piece of our ABM playbook.
Contras:
Reporting is minimal and I feel as if it's an afterthought for the product The Interface is too simplified and hard to interpret the graphs on the dashboard without hovering Data getting imported into your dashboard is inconsistently delivered. Sometimes it's 24 hours, other times I wait three days before the data comes in or I find myself contacting my CSM to ask why it's not importing. Limited to 12 or 15 (can't remember) tactics in your account. Wish default was double that. Limited to 500 accounts in one tactic although it's probably better not to have more then you run into the tactic limitation. Ad Library needs some work and could be organized better for the user to easily pull or reuse ad creatives. Ad tags should be a feature to help organize, report on and reuse previous ad creatives.
Good for smaller companies
Comentarios: Customer support is always helpful, but the amount of times I've had to get support involved (for what I consider I fairly simple tool), and the REASONS why I need to submit tickets, are quite ridiculous in my opinion. I've never had to rope in customer support on any other platform, in order to get the correct data to show on a dashboard/home screen, esp when it's the tool's OWN data they're collecting. I'd say Sigstr is great for small startup companies, but I wouldn't recommend for larger enterprise-level companies.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use in setting up email signature campaigns and assigning them to different groups in your organization.
Contras:
The lack of analytics behind campaign results, and the inability to look at results based on specific time frames. Also a lot of WEIRD bugs in the platform. Ex: I've had to submit tickets to correct the overall results that appeared for each campaign. It was showing the same results (clicks, views, CTR) for EVERY campaign I had, which was obviously not correct. I've also seen inaccurate group assignments when I look at certain campaigns - it would say "assigned to 4 groups", but if I clicked into that campaign's settings it would then show the correct total and list of all the correct groups. Sigstr doesn't seem to work well at ALL with Outlook. It requires a lot of customer support and screenshares to get it to function properly. I'd prefer Sigstr either figure out a way to make it operate smoothly on Outlook, just as it does on gmail OR market the product as a gmail-ONLY platform.
Best marketing tool to extend marketing reach and maximise engagement

- Lack of integration to CRM (salesforce), resolved in the new release - More analytics in terms of clickers and viewers, resolved in the new release
No brainer to tap this unused marketing channel

An admin centrally pushes updated email signatures so no one has to think about it. Really easy way to promote content for prospects and customers to easily find and consume.
Contras:
Sometimes their Outlook plugin gets a bit wonky. But our company still uses Outlook so we are more to blame.

Sigstr has brought uniqueness to our email signature, with the ability to launch unique marketing campaigns across different departments within the org. The dynamic feature of the gmail integration is a great feature.
Contras:
Only con that I would have is the visibility of our account manager. Would like a little more hands on and maybe some fresh ideas that they could bring into our account.
Really helpful for clickrates!
Comentarios: I found it really useful to use as a way to get people to our blog - as an SDR, one of our jobs is to drive traffic there and it lets me do that with each email.

It can be hard to integrate with Salesloft sometimes (occasionally during updates it removes it randomly and I have to readd it)

Terminus quickly helps us gain more awareness with a targeted group of prospects that we select, no complicated processes and no wasting money on showing banners to the wrong people. We did A/B test and were able to justify the costs and see good results for our team.
Contras:
It took us a little bit of time to fully onboard, integrate and understand how we could maximize our value.
Amazing software built on an innovative idea!
Comentarios: Sigstr has allowed me to create interactive email signatures (the feature I like and use the most!). I can also monitor the clicks and effectiveness of various links and be more innovative with changing links to various product pages in my email signature every once in a while. It is a more effective and less in-your-face type of marketing to engage the customers.

I started using Sigstr after a random search on Google for making my email signatures creative and interactive. Sigstr is truly fundamental in building brand reputation with my clients and also standing out amongst others. The ability to build your company information into the signature is great and it was exactly what I was looking for.
Contras:
The software is great although the customer service can be a bit more available for quick answers, other than that I love using the software to design email signatures for me and my team. I am still looking forward to using Sigstr for my email campaigns etc!
Ideal and Low Cost ABM Tool
Comentarios: When you consider the number of emails your organization sends out on a daily basis, it represents a massive and often untapped opportunity to connect to customers and prospects. Also, typically most, if not all, one-to-one emails sent from sales associates to customers will be opened. This provides a benefit over a traditional email marketing campaign which will only see a 15-20% open rate. Also, since we have an ecom component to our business, we were able to add a "Buy Now" to our SIGSTR banners and link them directly to product pages on our B2B ecom site. Paired with Google Analytics, this let us understand the SIGSTR click-thru's that resulted in purchases. In turn, this allowed us to quickly demonstrate a clear and unquestionable ROI.

The solution makes it very easy to centrally manage and target marketing messages for the entire business. It integrates with CRM (Hubspot for our biz) so you can trigger a message based on any CRM field, e.g. send one message to customers our Southeast vs West Coast, send a different message to small vs large customer, etc. or with ABM strategy you can target customized messaging for specific accounts. It can also be used to specifically message employees in your organization, e.g. to promote upcoming benefits enrollment for example. Finally, SIGSTR offers valuable metrics to see who is seeing your message and who is clicking through.
Contras:
One issue is that if customers do not have their local email client configured to auto-download images, the SIGSTR banner may not show but this would be the case with any email sig solution.
Effortlessly Make Your Organization's Emails More Impactful
Comentarios: Our experience with Sigstr has been seamless and easy! The tool takes little effort to make a great impact. We find that creating banners and uploading them in bulk with custom UTM codes (for google analytics tracking) and scheduling out the banners per department on a timeframe allows us to maximize our investment in the tool. Our team could be better at leveraging the tool more with multi-banner campaigns and GIFs, but we'll get there.
Puntos a favor:
Sigstr extends your company's targeted messages to all internal and external email recipients. We love using Sigstr to promote new and fresh marketing content, events, webinars, product updates, etc. Having Sigstr embedded in the signature of each email, regardless of the email body copy, Sigstr allows our organization to conclude emails uniformly with intention by promoting different customizable information our company is wanting to share.
Contras:
We have not been able to tie any revenue gained from Sigstr, like other marketing demand generation/awareness products, which is why we have stayed on our basic plan and have not upgraded. I believe the basic signature package of Sigstr is worth it regardless if it creates revenue for your company or not due to the customizable banner signatures for your entire organization and to promote helpful and engaging content, but don't expect the signature tool to contribute heavily (if at all) to pipeline.
Consistent Email Signatures Across the Company. Finally!
Comentarios: With rapid organic growth and growth through acquisition we found that employees had a variety of corporate email signatures or didn't have one at all. To uphold our value of being easy to access and get in touch with we wanted to make sure that every email our team sent included their contact information.
Puntos a favor:
Sigstr was so easy to implement across the entire company. Especially those using Google Mail products.
Contras:
Sigstr has a number of marketing functions, but we haven't gone beyond the basics of using it for email signature consistency across the company.
Very strong external AND internal marketing tool
Comentarios: Brand-unification, added style to emails, and boost in Marketing and Sales. It's every bit of an advantage if utilized correctly.
Puntos a favor:
You're adding a channel to reach everyone you do business with. It's direct, but also subtle. It's fun and creative, but also cuts to the chase for business purpose. If I started my own company or even changed jobs, I'd be sure to have Sigstr in my toolkit.
Contras:
Adoption was a little difficult. Most of the problem is that it's a little difficult to have internal 100% buy-in because signatures are so personal. It was a small hurdle, but after some time, people see massive value, get leads, and get excited about new campaigns.
Sigstr is a no-brainer!
Comentarios: At CSI, we are working to change perceptions of our brand and this technology allows us to put our brand in front of the industry in a way that conveys our evolution as a company. To clarify: Old, stodgy generic companies don't use cuting edge technology like Sigstr. Therefore, just by utilizing the Sigstr solution we are acting in congruence with our marketing vision.

Love how simple it integrates with either GSuite or 0365. I love the custom fields so I can inject our own UTM parameters for even better score-carding.

that it doesn't yet publish into more tools... not enough companies realize the need to do email marketing better, and therein haven't opened up their signature to api yet.
A new way to think about email

Sigstr allows us to extend our brand to the email our team sends every day. That means all the thousands of emails that leave our office every day get the latest marketing messaging. That's invaluable.
Contras:
Would be great to further develop analytics options so that we can more robustly measure the impact.
Excellent Service and Excellent Product

Not only does Sigstr allow you to wrangle in the insanity of inconsistent signatures in a company, it can be a powerful revenue driving tool that you never thought existed. My company experienced a 2X ROI in the first 6 months of using Sigstr.
Contras:
The only con I have is that this tool is often hard to sell to executive management because they don't understand it.
Great Utilization of an Unused Billboard
Puntos a favor:
I really like that Sigstr allows our marketing team to share messages with all of our external contacts through email signatures. It's a great way to advertise an upcoming event or encourage a prospect through the sales cycle.
Contras:
The editing of email signatures can be a little bit difficult to maneuver at first. The employee editing fields are different from page to page. Ease of use could be improved by using the same form on both pages. Example: when you highlight an employee and click the edit icon on the right side of the screen, it will populate more fields than if you actually click on the employee and attempt to navigate the editing feature on this page.
A great solution for teams.
Comentarios: This is a value add for our marketing and demand gen campaigns. Varied engagement but always another place to set a message and to further engagement with prospects and current customers.
Puntos a favor:
I love the ability to change and control company email signatures at a global level from one department. The ability to also create specific email signatures based on the contact that you are reaching out to is ideal in order to place meaningful content or a value-add link to each email.
Contras:
The initial implementation was a bit slower than I had hoped and the designer did not get a lot of support in terms of best design practices. The strategy around the solution could be better laid out to support faster adoption and best practices.
Why Terminus
Comentarios: Being in the Product Support Team we primarily use this to see for logs for our applications and solving technical faults or bugs that our clients report.
Puntos a favor:
The best thing about Terminus is the built-in ssh client and the flexibility of this terminal over the conventional Windows and Linux-based terminals, the hotkeys, the shortcuts and the ease of work are really fluent and easy. The cherry on top is this being an open-source project that makes it a pretty nice product.
Contras:
Till now I have not been able to spot any cons about this particular software however a little more GUI improvements would make it a lot better.
Awesome way to control and manage signature lines across your company
Puntos a favor:
It's super easy to keep signature lines up to date with promotions, events and such across your entire company. No need to ask every individual to make these updates on their own.
Contras:
The pricing is a bit hard when you have a large team and you need to pay per individual to have this added to their signature.
An untapped space to capture people’s attention
Comentarios: Very positive! Love the team and the ideas. The creative samples and tracking each person’s outcomes are really exciting.
Puntos a favor:
This is still a new idea and not totally mainstream yet! It also enables everyone to inherently be a marketer just by pushing send.
Contras:
Wish it would integrate with other email programs for large batch sequences and cadences like sales loft, Drift or HubSpot.
Sigstr Review
Comentarios: Overall, my company's experience with Sigstr has been good. Everything is easy to find in the software and if Gmail is being used, things are pretty much a breeze to implement. Implementing the software does get a little cumbersome due to the owner of the email signature (not the administrator of the software) having to do things to make it work. But overall, it is a good buy.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ease of use. Everything you need can be quickly found and you do not have to search or guess. I also liked that it gives a brand unity in regards to email signatures if using just iPhones.
Contras:
It cannot be used on Android phones. If you have a company that uses both iPhones and Androids it doesn't allow branding to be uniform on the email signatures.
