ADP Workforce Now

Increiblemente facil de usar.

Comentarios: ADP vino a facilitarme la vida en correr la nomina de mis compañias, la gestion es muy facil y rapida, los reportes son instantaneos, y cuando tengo alguna duda, el personal de soporte tecnico son muy amables y siempre me solucionan cualquier duda que tenga.

Puntos a favor:

Me encanta la plataforma tan sencilla de usar de ADP, no puede haber encontrado otra asi de facil y eficaz

Contras:

Por el momento no encuentro ninguna desventaja en usar la interfaz de ADP, la nomina a corro tan facil, los reportes son instantaneos, y el resultado queda mucho mejor

Puntualidad conforme.

Comentarios: En Cubicle Colombia estamos muy conformes con la formación de ADP Workforce Now , nos ha permitido estar en una gran variedad de proyectos con los mejores empleados que hemos proyectados con todas las funciones del software de talento, sin ningún imprevisto de ejecución.

Nos permite formular una gran capacidad de ejecuciones favorables a la empresa.

Contras:

Sin novedades hasta lo previsto en la empresa.

ADP Workforce la mejor elección en las App

Comentarios: Me ayudado a mejor en la empresa y crecer más con mis clientes y trabajadores que la conforman

Me gusta la herramienta que se encuentra en la aplicación y nos ayuda a mejorar mucho en la empresa

Contras:

Toda la aplicación nos gusta es muy funcional para la empresa

Eficiente y completo sistema de gestión de recursos humanos

Puntos a favor:

Solución integrada que ayuda en gran manera a los procesos de recursos humanos dando asi atajos para los procesos de reclutamiento y selección

Contras:

Puede ser un poco pesada la interfaz de inicio para quienes empiezan a usarlo por primera vez

Super Software ADP

Comentarios: Ah mejorado mucho la administración de empleados y tiempo en la empresa ya que brinda detalladamente sobre el gasto de nomina

Puntos a favor:

Es muy sencillo usarlo, el diseño en pantalla es fácil de seguir. Es la herramienta que complementa a la perfección con la empresa

Contras:

Las actualizaciones son muy frecuentes. El cambio es muy constante. Aveces la sección de beneficios se torna algo complicado de administrar sin el apoyo de adp

ADP Workforce Now: Una Solución Integrada para la Gestión de Recursos Humanos

Puntos a favor:

Me ha gustado mucho el software ADP Workforce Now porque ofrece una gran cantidad de herramientas y funcionalidades para ayudar a los empleadores a gestionar sus recursos humanos. El software facilita el control de la planificación del trabajo, los pagos, los seguros, la capacitación del personal, la evaluación de desempeño y mucho más. El software se ha diseñado de manera intuitiva y se puede acceder desde cualquier dispositivo, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para los usuarios.

Contras:

Lo que menos me ha gustado del software ADP Workforce Now es el costo. El software es bastante costoso y no hay una versión gratuita, lo que lo hace costoso de adquirir para muchos empleadores. Además, el software es un poco complicado de utilizar y puede llevar bastante tiempo para aprender y entender cada función.

Excelente aplicación

Puntos a favor:

Permite como trabajador conocer información relacionada con su salario, beneficios, vacaciones y otras más, sin necesidad de llamar a Recursos Humanos, es tener la información a la mano, totalmente disponible para cuando uno la necesite.

Contras:

El acceso es un poco engorroso, se requieren demasiados datos para autenticar, debería ser algo más sencillo.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la facilidad con la que puedes acceder a tus informes de nomina

Para algunas personas puede ser complicado el login

ADP Workforce Now makes managing employees easier

Comentarios: I have experience using ADP Run and ADP Workforce Now is an easy transition for a growing company.

Puntos a favor:

ADP Workforce now is a great time management system and the HR capabilities make it much easier to manage a bigger organization.

Contras:

It is easy to manage employee benefits using workforce now though it can be a bit clunky and is not as intuitive as I would prefer.

Let's Go Oilers

Comentarios: Limited but informative. It has alot of valuable information that is easily accessible.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to figure out for employee's who want to me updated and check on valuable information.

Contras:

The OS could definitely be tweeted for employers who are running payroll.through the payroll application.

Pretty solid payroll product.

Comentarios: Have used the product since 2017 as a high level practitioner, about 2800 employees over 3 company codes. I have found the payroll service to be reliable, of high quality and pretty user friendly as the user gains experience.

Puntos a favor:

Excellent reporting functions, very good core product with reliable delivery. Ability to do time data imports / mass updates very good.

Contras:

ACA / benefits module was a bit funky, did not want to recognize an offering that did met MEC but not MV. For that reason, we used another solution for ACA filings.

Excellent application

Comentarios: I've had a very good experience with my last three jobs, and I can still see the folders from one of them.

It is easy to manage and use, providing everything you need at your fingertips.

Contras:

At this moment I don't think I have any cons

Employee perspective

Comentarios: It has been good, being able to coordinate hours worked with potential income.

Puntos a favor:

It connects your payroll with your work schedule.

Contras:

There are a large number of verifications steps to get into any part of the program

ADP app measurements

Comentarios: So far I get paid before I even see my check so i would like that to be an improvement. Its real easy and regular and honestly just a basic app, could use a little more spontaneous work done to it with more features.

Puntos a favor:

The app is easy to navigate thru. Real simple.

Contras:

This app could use more features to inform us of our checks

ADP - old reliable

Comentarios: It was a decent system considering how much others have relied upon ADP successfully for years.

Puntos a favor:

The pricing we received after much negotiation

Contras:

Interface and functionality is somewhat dated. Sometimes impossible to get help or escalate with service reps.

Could be better

Puntos a favor:

All in one place, the time clock and taxes, and pay were all in the same app.

Contras:

Slow, and often time unresponsive, the sign in process is clunky as well. Overall poor user experience.

ADP REVIEW

Comentarios: It was ok. Nothing particular to post about it

Puntos a favor:

Easy to navigate and simpler information given to employees

Contras:

Very simple. Not enough information for the employee

Tax help resolved

Comentarios: Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.

Puntos a favor:

As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.

Contras:

Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

Ado the right choice

Comentarios: My experience as a senior manager was very positive .We migrated from another platform and the training was very clear and concise also the transfer process support was exemplary.

Puntos a favor:

Very clear and easy to both navigate and use for all .This system is not only employee user friendly in that it is easy to use and the important information all employees needs is in one place from pay to holidays clear and concise .This is also the case for employers / managers updating and allocating holidays pay etc again ver clear concise and easy to use .Notifications in place to let people know when pay roll has been updated holidays allocated etc .

Contras:

I would say the only drawback is everyone has to have an email address and can not be accessed any other way .This can alienate some employees.

My Opinion of ADP

Comentarios: I enjoy ADP because it has a smooth system. I am able to access information easily and I am able to manage my team's payroll efficiently.

Puntos a favor:

I like that I have a dedicated section for my team whether its monitoring their time cards, the shifts that they work, the tasks that are assigned to them. I get reminders for requested time off, time balances. It notifies for upcoming holidays.

Contras:

Sometimes the app has glitches and when we clock in or out the app doesn't collect our times

ADP Workforce Now is a great onboarding tool

Comentarios: We enjoy working with ADP to onboard new employees. ADP Workforce Now allows us to create employee handbooks, enter employee hire information, collect proper forms and documentation, and refer back to that during and after the employment.

Puntos a favor:

ADP is a great tool for all-in-one employee onboarding, file management, and electronic paperwork.

Contras:

ADP isn't the most affordable option out there.

Great payroll software!

Comentarios: I have enjoyed working with ADP, it is a straight forward processor who we've had no issues with.

Puntos a favor:

-Ease of Use -Manager friendly -Great TPA for government filings

Contras:

- Security permissions can be hard to figure out - If doing payroll for multiple companies, starting payroll on one locks all companies

Working on Workforce Now

Comentarios: It has been a love/hate experience. It has everything I need to manage my payroll & related activities, but it is too complicated. I would prefer a more simplified version...let's call it Workforce Lite?!

It offers many features, most of which I never or rarely use

Contras:

It is overly complicated for my everyday needs. I just want something which easy.
