The print quality is great - the colour laser is especially good. Our prior printers were too matte and didn't provide professional enough quality. The glossy colour laser is great and the print outs, although not professional quality, are really good for day to day printing. I like being able to create short cuts on the machine that can be very specific (duplex, colour, skip blank pages, etc etc). The videos and images on how to handle paper jams are good, although we don't get as many jams with this new machine as we did with the old one. Overall the software attached to this machine is quite nice and easy to use. The UX is good and things are where you expect them to be. > > **Puntos en contra**: We've only had this machine for a month or so so I haven't really tested things out. The one thing I wish I could find is the ability to adjust my shortcuts that already exist. For example I send up a scan to email shortcut that has duplex printing by default. I wish I could set this to single sided by default but I can't figure out how to adjust my current shortcut without deleting it and recreating it. Which would then replace my shortcut number I believe.
