TurboTenant will market your rental on 20 websites, and the platform hosts your leads, applicants, tenants. The platform gets paid when applicants pay the application/credit check fee. The credit checks that they run are also soft pings on the applicant's credit. I have been using the platform for over 10 years, and I love it and thought you would to. TurboTenant does offer additional fee-based services if interested. Some of the other features I love include Showing Scheduling/Reservation system; Integrated Text Messages and Emailing direct from the platform. TurboTenant also offer good customer support. > > **Puntos en contra**: TurboTenant currently does not support marketing on the Zillow family of sites. They used to but lost the ability to market on their sites.
