I used the new email and forms and template that made me much more productive. Leap card system was a great system. I have also used the cross reference between the name cards and the matters card was a great feature. I did not have a typical hourly basis and therefore when I had to do some bills, it was a relearning process. Improved integration with the new Outlook web version would make the system much more efficient and better suited to modern, cloud-based practice. > > We have been using LEAP Legal Software since 2017 and currently hold more than 30 licenses across our firm.
