By offering different tiers of service (at different price points), we were able to select what works well for our growing portfolio of LTRs. We have found significant value in the platform's dedicated repairs and maintenance request coordination capabilities; this has allowed us to spend more time growing our business and less time contacting service providers and remitting payments.
