Also feedback in any way always helps the HR and the leaders understand the true moods of the employees giving them a sense of pride for being heard.

> We have been using Butterfly for 4 years now at Ogilvy. It has become a central tool in our approach to talent management. Being able to collect feedback at such a high frequency with that level of transparency has allowed us to develop unique insights into how our team is feeling . This has been especially true in the era of BLM and heightened awareness around DEI, as well as during the whole of the COVID pandemic. The employee experience we are delivering to our team has significantly improved since we implemented Butterfly, with direct impact on team retention and satisfaction.
