We have several teams…..Groups, General Congregation, Guest Services \& Events. This way, we can all manage our messages more effectively and efficiently. We started using in on Sundays for people to text YES when we ask if they’d like to labor more about Jesus. This give us at least a starting point with new believers and people that are interested. For my volunteer team on Events, I use text in church to tell them there is an important email that they need to look for.WIth all the emails these days, many just miss important emails.
