Stay away\! I purchased an annual subscription by accident (never happened to me before though I have purchased apps for 15 years). They refused to refund me. This is the worst customer service experience I had in my life. I spent 240 euros on something I didn't want and need. If you want to support a company that is making money on the back of people's mistakes, go for it. When I canceled my subscription to make sure they would not charge me in 1 year, they downgraded me to a free account, though there are 11 months of paid subscription. When I asked about it, they said that people usually delete their account after they cancel their subscription, which is why they downgrade it. It sounds like they have dissatisfied customers regularly.
