Patients love the text reminders after scheduling and the day before their appointment, and many have remarked about the professionalism this feature adds to the office. A close second to the everyday convenience of the system was the customer service of the Chirospring team. Returning ERA's posted to claims automatically saves so much time, and having all claim and patient information, available and accessible from any computer in the office or off-site adds convenience and saves time and worry.
