And of course, humongous props to \[sensitive content hidden\] for understanding our product from the onset, making erudite suggestions about how we should structure our EMR to maximize efficiency/minimize data entry. When we had deadlines materialize out of nowhere (things tend to happen like that when you're starting your own practice, I've come to \[painfully\] find out) he would find a way to fit me into his tight schedule to solve the issue swiftly and efficiently; at times, speaking directly to my web designer to expedite the process. I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far?
