We are a new, small business - we do not have the budget to spend on the more expensive inventory mgmt softwares available. We are very pleased with the functionality of this program and how much it has helped us manage our inventory and orders. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH\!\!\! Currently it hasn’t worked for about 10 days with unknown repair time.
