> **Puntos en contra**: The UI. It looks like a windows 8 computer and its confusing. I have a lot of referals that have canceled and gone to batch dialer because of the ease of use. Even when i tell them Batch Dialer is less superior the UI is still the biggest con.

I've had times where I had to make 3 calls and wait on the line an average of 45 minutes to an hour just to get a question moderately answered. Every time i talk to \[sensitive content hidden\] he over delivers. As far as the dialer its always a learning curve, but its worth it when you get it down.
