we can record jobs, dispatch jobs, keep track on progress, this then follows to easy invoicing with all data carried through. you can record info in notes of calls .quote customers .allow customer their own access.

Comentarios: A well marketed product and that is where the positivity ends and once they have taken your money they are uninterested in adapting the software to get it to do what they claim it will do at the sales calls.

Absolute failure to keep their sales promises in managing to get the programming to do what we required of it. High Staff turnover - leaving lack of continuity and absence of any desire to resolve issues explained to them several times

When searching for specific jobs, which may relate to one site, and you have input the criteria in the search bar. Once you have checked through the details of the works you are unable to click the go back option and the search details are still there. You then have to search for the criteria again.

Pacific Fire & Security Protean Review

Comentarios: We migrated over to Protean in 2018 and now its difficult to imagine our operation without it. Protean has enabled us to improve in all areas including admin efficiency, customer service and feedback, engineering support and reducing down the workload in our accounts department significantly. The customer service and technical support team at Protean are always available and very helpful.

Puntos a favor:

The most important and impactful modules in protean for our company are Maintenance Contract Management, Engineer Scheduling , Job Management & Invoicing/billing. The software has improved efficiency in the office and out in the field, and allowed us to scale up our operation whilst reducing administration expense and errors.

Contras:

Job/Inspection Sheets outdated in comparison to other software with more dynamic report sheets. CRM system does not have as many features/reporting as other CRM software available.

Great Maintenance Management

Puntos a favor:

As a company who have a high volume of preventative maintenance contracts, Protean have a great system for programming and maintaining these. Protean offer a web portal for our customers to access their job reports/invoicing 24/7 which is a big plus for our company. Great features for attributes. I also like the mapping feature to see where our engineers are in real time, but also travel history is very useful. There is also scope for personalisation to suit our company's reporting and formatting.

Contras:

Tablet issues with our mobile engineers can be tiresome but Protean do have a support team available during normal working hours to help. There can be a lack of feedback/knowledge on what caused the errors. There can also be long wait times for the development team to address faults within the system.

Comentarios: This software has brought large operational improvements already and we can see that it will continue to benefit our business in the forthcoming years.

Protean caters for all our business & operational needs thank to the large variety of modules available from CRM through Job, Planner, Mobile App. The software makes it easier for staff to carry out their daily duties efficiently & paper free and has the flexibility to allow us to configure it to cater for our needs. The support we get from Protean is excellent, always providing great customer service. Protean Software are a great business partner and are continually enhancing their software functionality to benefit us. An additional bonus to us is that they offer a bolt-on Hire module. This allows us to specifically manage this aspect of our business. We initially reviewed and considered several other software platforms but are very pleased we choose to select Protean. It is a great business solution.

Contras:

Non particularly. We should have spent more time practicing, prior to going live. We were advised very clearly to do this but did not allocate sufficient time to our team.

Easy to use database with flexibility and good support

Comentarios: We can streamline our day to day tasks through to our operatives and also link effectively to all our clients

Puntos a favor:

Can use either desktop, mobile or web version of product. The software is easy to use and therefore you can train new staff quickly. You can report easily from Job Logic and you can also connect to Excel and then cut and slice the data using pivot tables

Contras:

Can be restrictive if suggestions for improvement are not taken on board by all customers. Because we have bespoke the product in the past, it is then difficult to upgrade easily to take into account the changes we have made.

Protean is core to our operations and their support is excellent.

Protean is very user friendly and intuitive for the users. New users find it very easy to work with and can quickly get a grasp of the basics. The support we get from Protean is very good, the help desk team are very responsive and can usually resolve any issues very quickly. The engineer PDA's are simple and clear to use and we are looking forward to the improvments in the planner board. Protean are evolving their product and listen to our feedback positively.

Contras:

At times we find that the reporting is a bit clunky, but we are told this will be resolved when we upgrade.

Comentarios: We placed an order with JobLogic a few months back, the service from start to finish has been outstanding. In particular the trainer Paul Webb has gone in my opinion above and beyond to ensure that our system has been setup up with zero flaws. The support team have been available over the phone every time we have needed assistance and have remotely logged on our computers to assist when necessary. The actual software system is exactly what we need for our company as it is not just a simple job management tool but can also effectively manage quotes and maintenance of assets amongst other things. I highly recommend this professional company.

Its ability to manage assets and maintenance. The JobLogic mobile app is also very easy to use which in the past has been a problem for our engineers when using other systems.

A fluid software perfect for a busy maintenance business

Comentarios: We have been using the software for around 18 months and have found it to be user friendly and simple for our on site engineers to work with, we have seen time savings in all departments that are using the software. The developers are pro active and always looking for ways to improve and integrate the system into businesses. The cost is not prohibitive and the back up from the support team is first class. It takes a little bit of time to learn to use the various modules and to implement them into existing systems, but this is the same for anything that a business brings into its process that is new. Joblogic are a forward thinking team who are not afraid to ask for suggestions on improving the all round package. Our clients speak highly of the weblogic customer portal and we look forward to strengthening our working relationship with the joblogic team for many years to come.

Comentarios: We are a Tail Lift repair and maintenance company, and have been using Protean for six and a half years. The beauty of this system is everything is in one place, for us being able to type in a registration number and find all the information on the type of lift fitted, model, serial number, year of manufacture etc, pull up every job we have done, who did it, when it was done, who signed it off, what parts were fitted, where the parts came from, in a few seconds allows us to provide our customers with outstanding service and back up.
One of our biggest customers fleet department recently had an audit, and our job sheets and examination reports were commended for being the most concise and easy to follow the auditor had seen.
We have just started the process of becoming ISO 9001 accredited, the consultant commented on how much easier the process will be, because of protean with its ease of traceability and proof of processes.
We highly recommend Protean

Solves many problems

- You can see the details for each job on date logic (Client, Address)
- It is easy to move jobs around without looking for the paperwork
- Solves the H&S problem of lone working
- You can change a quote into a job (you decrease administration cost)
- Outstanding customer service
- Friendly, easy to work with company with personal approach
Cons:
- Diary could be visually more friendly

Very Good Software

Comentarios: The software stores and sorts a huge amount of data which is always on hand to be able to keep customers up to date with jobs as they are happening. Mobile Logic will assist us with our drive to reduce waste with paperless worksheets as well as quick updates between engineers and the office. It is worth the time to set it up to get the most out of it.

A clear and easy to use suite of software.

Comentarios: As a small operation we only really use a small percentage of what this software suite is capable of. However, it is clear that Joblogic have a clear and indepth knowledge of the industries they target with this software. This results in a program that makes sense and as such is very easy to use with familiar processes and terminology. I would not hesitate in recommending this product.
