Partiendo de la base de mi experiencia dentro del campo de la gestión de Recursos Humanos (unos 3 años), tengo que decir que es un software muy completo en términos generales, ya que permite la gestión de las diferentes tareas que se dan dentro de este ámbito en la empresa, desde la gestión de nóminas, hasta los turnos, etc.
Contras:
Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna opinión negativa acerca de este software. En todo caso, por poner alguna connotación, que no queja, diría que sería pertinente un curso previo a la utilización de la misma, dado que sin ello, al principio cuesta un poco.

Funcional, pero mala asistencia
Comentarios: Fue útil al inicio, ayudó mucho a poner un orden en las nóminas y automatizó el proceso ahorrándonos tiempo, sin embargo dejamos de utilizarlo porque ante un problema demoraron demasiado en darnos solución y asistirnos.

Tiene un precio bastante accesible que incluyen varias funciones que facilitan el pago de nóminas y gestión de personal.
Contras:
Presentó fallas en algunos envíos de dinero y el servicio al cliente no fue bueno, tardaron semanas en darnos una solución.

Es una buena aplicación para poder orientar a los empleados y tener un registro de ellos.

Buena aplicación, es la que quizás faltan algunas funciones. En comparativos con excel.

Comentarios: Utilizo Paycor diariamente, me facilita la gestión de los Recursos Humanos de mi empresa, sobre todo con la gestión de las nóminas de mis trabajadores. Sin duda, es una app que recomendaría para ahorrar tiempo en la gestión de cualquier empresa.

Lo que más me gusta de Paycor es su dinamismo a la hora de gestionarla en mi día a día. Es una app que agiliza tu facturación, ya que con ella se pueden gestionar nóminas, el tiempo de trabajo o la asistencia.
Contras:
Lo que menos me gusta es que no es una app totalmente gratuita, tiene un coste muy asequible, pero no se encuentra al alcance de todo el mundo.

lo que mas me ha gustado es que es muy util, para recursos humanos tener un control de nomina y del personal que se maneje, tambien permite gestionar reclutamiento de personal, y horarios recurrentes

The reporting platform is confusing and not easy to use at all. It’s disappointing. Also we have A LOT of issues with our employees using the app. They are constantly frustrated with it which makes our job so much harder.

Comentarios: We have been using Paycor for about 3 years. It was a rocky start with our PTO plans not calculating correctly but have fixed those issues. I have taken the time to get Paycor Certified and that has helped me know my way around reporting and timekeeping, which was tricky to figure out at the start. Through the years, I truly believe Paycor is dedicated to improving because I see it every day.

It's easy to use! Paycor offers a ton of options to have the system work exactly how you need it to. The trainings are also fabulous!!
Contras:
They do like to change things around, which can be frustrating, but they have a ton of guides to make you aware of what's changing.

Obsolete product
Comentarios: It was an ok platform; the obsolete interface made it so difficult to us to use feature beyond the basics.

The PTO calendar was very neat, and I never had issues with that part.
Contras:
The time clock rarely ever worked properly and reported incorrectly a lot of times.

Once it's set up, it's been wonderful
Comentarios: It took about 4 months to get everything straightened out and running smoothly. But I really think it's because they were understaffed at the time of onboarding. It has been pretty smooth since.
Puntos a favor:
It takes care of a lot of aspects of payroll automatically. It will even integrate month-to-month workman's comp insurance and 401k through Human Interest.
Contras:
The initial setup took forever. Apparently, they had too many companies sign up at the same time and not enough people to do it. They had me submit a bunch of forms and reports, and then couldn't find the information and I had to get them updated reports. It took about 5 months to get everything straightened onut.

Paycor Time management
Comentarios: I use Paycor on a daily basis! We also use it for quarterly check ins, and it makes the process very smooth and saves time during our check in's. It is very easy to go in and correct a missed punch, check your schedule, request days off and check your vacation and sick day balances.

I like the ease of obtaining information in regard to scheduling, PTO, sick days and tracking your time.

I honestly do not have any complaints; it's very well laid out and user friendly.

A Very Comprehensive Management Tool

Some of the reporting is difficult to access and populate. I struggled to pull reports that showed me things at a glance; such as time sheets. It would be nice to go to one spot to pull all time sheets instead of individual employee profiles.

Comentarios: Overall, it's a most positive experience. I think they need to develop their benefits implementation, open enrollment support and EDI feeds. I will say once everything is up and running the platform operations

The payroll platform is so seamless and easy to use. This is the best function of the platform. I also like the ATS; it's also easy to post, review, store notes/scorecards, and schedule interviews. The hire to onboarding process is perfect.
Contras:
The customer service and benefits implimentation and enrollment is not the best or smoothest I've used. Once set up, it runs fine.
