For the purpose of payroll time entry, we used this great tool

Comentarios: Because of Timesheets.com, I no longer have to manually log my time for my manager. My employer can get a precise account of the times I clock in and out of work thanks to this convenient feature. It's also useful for keeping tabs on vacation time and requests.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to save Timesheets as a PDF is a great feature. This system facilitates easy tracking of my work and provides solid data for reporting purposes. Because of its intuitive design, this website is very simple to teach others to use.

Contras:

A more convenient timing would have been nice. For instance, while it's helpful to see how long I spent working in total, I'd like an actual clock that displays the times at which I began and concluded my shifts.

Extremely Flexible Online Time-Tracking Software Cannot be Stumped! Or...Timesheets.com is Better Than Your Imagination!

Comentarios: Initially, I wasn't impressed with the program; it was somewhat difficult to learn, and its numerous features were not apparent, nor was it clear how to utilize them effectively for different employer scenarios. As an accountant, I would definitely need to know how to customize this software for a variety of situations. I consider it the consistent application of top-notch customer service.

Back when I had been using Timesheets.com for about a month, I thought of a few features I would like to see. I wrote them down, expecting to contact [sensitive content hidden] for her help. Literally, she called me without me even contacting her and immediately showed me how every feature I imagined already existed and how to use each one in Timesheets.com. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing! I prefer software that my payroll clients can use independently without needing frequent re-training from myself or my firm. With the initial training provided by someone as patient and instructive as [sensitive content hidden], the software meets my criteria for favored tools. For those requiring employee time, mileage, or expense tracking, I highly recommend Timesheets.com.

Timesheets.com has met every challenge I have presented or even imagined with dozens of 'What-Ifs." The depth of the software as a tool for tracking employee or subcontractor time, mileage, or expenses is truly impressive. As an accountant with a variety of clients, I have seen many different needs and wants for software of this kind. Every question I could ask, every hypothetical situation I could imagine, there was a way for Timesheets.com to fulfill those needs. Its feature set has been well-designed, making it ready to overcome any challenge.

Contras:

Until one receives training on how to use Timesheets.com, its interface is not _immediately_ intuitive. After training, it makes sense and is impressive. The slight learning curve is a barrier to adopting it.

Timesheets Works!

Comentarios: We have been using Timesheets since early 2017, and it meets all of our needs. The flexibility in time off accruals, the ease of user interface for the users, and the management tools for approvals, corrections and processing payroll are by far the best I have ever seen or used. I rarely, if ever, have questions from our associates on how to manage their timesheet. The support team is beyond fantastic. There is a chat tool within the web-based application, and I have never waited more than a minute or two for someone to respond. Most of the time, the support expert will ask if I would rather discuss on the phone, and call me immediately. I do not recall ever having to wait on a resolution or answer. They listen to the unique questions/concerns that the user has, and are always open to suggestions. If multiple users have the same concerns, they have made upgrades based on the requests. Great folks to work with.

Timesheets is intuitive, easy to manage, and easy for associates to clock in and out.

Contras:

I have not experienced anything that I haven't been able to adjust too. As with any new software/tool, there are things that are different from what I was used too, however, I was able to easily adjust to all changes.

Comentarios: My staff acclimated to Timesheets.com easily. As a supervisor, I had a few stumbles at first but nothing that couldn't be "undone." It provides great documentation all in one place.

I will probably never be a "power user" of Timesheets.com since we have a very small part-time staff and our work set-up is not complicated. I really appreciate the technical support that's available to Timesheets.com clients. We are a nonprofit organization with a limited budget and Timesheets.com is so reasonably priced.

When our account was first set up, I had a learning curve. I feared that Timesheets.com would be time-consuming each month--but the technical support and online tutorials really helped.

Top Notch Customer Service

Timesheets has been an invaluable tool for our new business. It is very user friendly, and their customer service has been topnotch! Our questions are answered literally in minutes! I am looking for a way to view the customer and their projects on one screen. I'm sure there is a way, I just haven't figured it out yet!

Excellent app with excellent support

Comentarios: Overall my experience has been great. The app is easy to use and the support is excellent. I've never had to wait for an answer, and that makes a big difference. The app doesn't slow down my laptop the way the QBO time app did. I'm very happy with the simplicity, ease of use, and very fast data upload to QBO for monthly billing that Timesheets offers. Its BETTER than the QBO app for all these reasons.

Puntos a favor:

I tested Timesheets about a year ago when I was very frustrated with the QBO time tracking, which was slowing down my computer. Timesheets was a huge relief. It is easy to use, fast to export to QBO billing, and the support has always been responsive and helpful. I also love that I can have timer open for several clients at a time, making it easy to pause a timer for one client to start a new timer for another (and easily switch between client timers during the day.)

Contras:

At first the UI was not terrific, but they've released a new UI that's much nicer. It is still simple to use, but just nicer to look at with a larger font.

Since I'm not the most savvy person with technology, I find the support I receive from Timesheets outstanding. I've had to call in on several occasions when I was trying to locate information on a past employee or other various needs. I most recently spoke with Bob who was highly knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process to achieve what I needed.

Contras:

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I have not liked about the service.

Comentarios: Our overall experience with Timesheets was great. We really needed support to get up and running and [sensitive content hidden] was there for us throughout the process. He was patient and pleasant to work with and really understood the ins and outs of the system.

What I like most about Timesheets is the support. [sensitive content hidden] walked us through every stage of implementation step-by-step and trained our staff. I also talked to other reps on the Timesheets team while researching the best system and found everyone to be equally helpful. Great team. The cost of the service can't be beat. Not only is the per employee fee less than half (and sometimes a quarter) of the cost of other systems. Timesheets is not the most beautiful interface out there, but it works well and meets our needs. The smart phone interface is good and useful and having Timesheets has streamlined our timekeeping and expense process.

Contras:

The interface with QuickBooks isn't perfect and we had to employ some work-arounds that make the tool a little harder to work with. The portal is fairly intuitive, but not as nice looking as some others out there. The separation of PTO and project time is inconvenient for users and administrators.
