I've been a recruiter before and the ATS that I used to work with was Job Diva,k because of the easy way to find all the information any member of the team set inside the company profile
Puntos a favor:
the friendly that it's with the users and you can find all the information you place or you can find all the movements that any user does with their profile
Contras:
That sometimes behaves like a Diva and it will take it some time to start o keep working.That it does not have a different way to filter all the qualifications

It is great till now. I am using it from around 2 years. I have switched from another ATS called CEIPAL. I am quite shocked to see the versatility of functions and application integrated into JobDiva. I am going to recommend my colleagues from other offices to give it a chance and I know if they just try it once they can't go back to anything else as JobDiva is itself a "DIVA"
Puntos a favor:
It has a huge amount a database. You can easily keep a track of candidates forwarded to clients. JobDiva notes section is one of the best features. It saves your time as you can look at the notes already uploaded by someone else. It has a large number of integrated functions like Glider, Interview Set up function, LinkedIn finder and so on. It saves your money, and you don't have to buy each one of them individually. It is one the best ATS I have used so far. UI is commendable and I haven't found any glitch in it till now.
Contras:
As everyone say everything has its pros and cons. JobDiva also has some of them like we can't search for the candidates at multiple location in a single time. I have to look for a specific zip and area in a single time and follow the same for the rest. The other lack it has is I can't open two profiles in single time. It doesn't support multiple tab's function. If you try to open something in a new tab its shows "Blocked".

Boolean Search Algorithm, Notes Section, Interview Section, Agent Search, Tagging Job#, Integrated LinkedIn, Integrated Job Posting, generation of BI reports a separate tab with excel and pdf files available for download.
Contras:
JobDiva Page Response Time, NO option to open multiple candidate page tabs simultaneously, no provision for bulk parsing of resume, Mandatory Zip code requirement when uploading a new candidate. No usage-based search options features that makes the frequent used options to be available before others, no BI Data available to recruiter if we want to know the stats of other recruiters, no option to customize data for BI reports.

STRAN's overall experience with JobDiva has been excellent for us to automate our hiring processes, provide us with excellent candidate matches with the Harvester feature, track our employees, reporting, the DesginForm feature in uploading documents, the pay and bill features, etc. We as a company are very pleased with JobDiva and it has been very instrumental in helping us grow and automate our company. We would like to say how wonderful the JobDiva staff is, starting off with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very instrumental in our decision making in moving forward with JobDiva. He was very responsive in scheduling meeting with us to show how powerful JobDiva is and how it could help us. Additionally, he would be very proactive in scheduling JobDiva subject matter experts to speak with us on questions. we had about JobDiva as well. Secondly, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing!!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] ability to provide us direction and guidance on JobDiva during our implementation phase has been stellar!! She's so resourceful and wonderful to work with and so responsive in assisting us. She also has such a great personality, and it comes across when working with her. We can't thank her enough as she has made this implementation so easy and a wonderful experience for us!! Additionally, we would like to thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for her knowledge and experience in helping us with our backoffice operations, specifically with our timesheets and pay and bill features. JobDiva is very powerful and brings together both the CRM feature for sales and recruiting. The Harvester feature is amazing, and the analytics, dashboard, and engagement features to the software are very useful and powerful. JobDiva is very user friendly and has a lot of features at no extra cost to manage your sales, recruiting, and back-office operations. Additionally, JobDiva allows you to export data in order to communicate with outside software accounting and payroll programs for back-office operations. Plus, the single sign on feature was very important for our us. All-in-all, JobDiva is a very powerful business tool that will be all of your sales, recruiting, reporting, and operational needs.
Contras:
No cons at this time as we are only six months and less using the software.
