Comentarios: Al principio nos fue inútil, a medida que fuimos creciendo presentó fallas por el flujo de gente que manejamos y fallaba mucho

Comentarios: very pleasant. hardware has its drawbacks, but overall the back office of lavu is user friendly, support team is competent with a high sense of urgency and the processing fee is perfect for organizations watching their bottom line.
Puntos a favor:
No costs for hardware, ease of use once set up, availability of [sensitive content hidden] and his team during the launch. [sensitive content hidden] has also been very accessible after the set up with follow up questions and concerns.
Contras:
hardware. cash register is bulky, credit card reader requires an actual port to work. i would prefer an all in one, wifi unit with a display screen for the customer.
Worst small business pos system ever
Comentarios: We bought into Lavu when we first opened because it seemed user-friendly and fairly simple. We really only have a few products, so it should be a. no-brainer right? NO. Unfortunately for us, we integrated it into our online menu and electronic menu and it's tied into everything on the back end. So the MANY. MANY times we thought about switching to another POS system, it just seemed like too much of a hassle. Well, here we are again, absolutely regretting sticking with them. So tired of their horrible customer service, which consists of waiting on hold forever and eventually getting connected with someone overseas. No one ever knows what you're talking about and if they transfer you, you have to start all over from scratch, including your name and what company you're from and what the problem is. Their fees are high. Their technology is outdated. Their upgrades actually make it harder and make it take longer to check a customer out. It is ridiculous that amount of steps you have to take to have a customer pay.

Nothing now. They have gotten significantly worse over the years.
Contras:
Customer service is horrible. Updates are horrible. Them keeping you in the loop? Horrible.

Comentarios: I had switched from Touch Bistro to Lavu. Lavu is 100 times less stressful to learn and use.

Comentarios: So far, my experience with Lavu has been great! My on boarding consultant, [sensitive content hidden] was absolutely tremendous. She had a lot of patience and explained everything on my level so I was able to understand! I have never had a POS system provider that walked you through step by step on how to hook the equipment up! That was such a relief! Support staff, oh my gosh, they call and check on you the next day to see if everything is working! Wow!

Initially it was the price that caught my attention. Then the availability to be able to watch tutorials on the product.

I would have to say, I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Only cons. Wanted to switch to this in January. Start date was to be around the 5th. However saw they started our contract on November 20. Contacted our on boarding person, [sensitive content hidden] and he turned HATEFUL!!!

The fact that everything they said in sales in a LIE!!!! Onboarding person turned ugly when I questioned dates.

I am just starting in the Food Truck world and need a workable system but I work a full time job so I get home late and [sensitive content hidden] was able to work it out for training to happen after work and everyone was so nice and so helpful!!

on my go live i had problems with my hotspot but that is the only thing and you can't help with that..

I can say I’ve tested the limits they will go to get the job done. After working with sales and tech support for 12 long hours the challenge was achieved. It was a very trying day but no one gave up until the job was done.

Some of the Help Team had accents that were hard to understand. We both were frustrated with the difficulty in communicating.
