Fácil de usar y muy efectiva
Comentarios: Estábamos buscando una herramienta para realizar imputaciones de horas en los proyectos que fueran fáciles de utilizar, tras evaluar varias de ellas elegimos beebole, por su facilidad de uso y porque cubría todos nuestros requisitos.
Puntos a favor:
- Facilidad de uso, no tienes que salir de la misma pantalla para el uso normal, lo que supone un ahorro de tiempo.- Herramienta de importación muy intuitiva para cargar los datos de forma masiva con posibilidad de rollback de la última carga.- Puedes controlar el grado de acceso de los diferentes perfiles de usuarios a la información.
Contras:
Las fichas de la pantalla de configuración se convierten en listas muy grandes poco vistosas cuando hay muchos elementos (personas, proyectos). Quizá estaría mejor verlo como una lista desplegable poder acceder más rápido a los botones de "añadir nuevo"

Explotación de los datos y soporte
Comentarios: En general la experiencia ha sido muy buena y ha quedado como herramienta de reporting de horas de nuestro equipo de empleados.

La explotación de los datos para sacar todo tipo de reportes de costes, horas, .... tanto a nivel de servicios como de proyectos. El soporte online es ràpido y de calidad
Contras:
La herramienta deberia ser "reprogramada" pensando mas en la parte de servicios.

Idóneo para el teletrabajo
Comentarios: Al delegar en cada trabajador la consignación de los tiempos, mejora la responsabilidad en el trabajo, permite la supervisión y autorización por parte del administrador, y resuelve el problema del tráfico de los partes horarios en las empresas con teletrabajo. Además, la contabilidad de horas es automática y queda registrada para cualquier auditoría

Se adapta al trabajo individual a distancia. Es fácil fijar los periodos de trabajo y las interrupciones. Tiene más aplicaciones para facturación a diversos clientes aunque nosotros no las usamos.
Contras:
Cierta confusión para consignar las ausencias y vacaciones.

Producto muy recomendable
Comentarios: Llevo casi un año utilizándolo y es una herramienta perfecta para la gestión de tiempos como trabajador autónomo.

Comentarios: We have been using it for more than 5 years, and we don't look for any other time-tracking tool. Full data export and GoogleSheet extensions. Full GDPR compliance.

Contras:
Just minor flaws: It seems impossible to have a direct connection to extract owned data with an automatic task / ETL (to integrate Beebole data with data from other applications), so it's not easy to directly integrate it with other tools, but we can do only passing through a "data backup" or GoogleSheet Extension Some troubles using the "budget" feature, some confusion between "cost" budget and "income" budget.

Easy to use, it s great. I happy we have something fast and there. I can not compair while it s my first time. It s nice to have different line with different thema.

I can not be independent to see how much holidays I have at the end of each monts or extra hours. I find the writting too small.

Comentarios: Overall great, and so easy to produce reports and get employees to use, and in a timely manner.

Simple, intuitive interface that with a little work up front in getting it set up for your company will be very little administration going forward.
Contras:
A native app mobile app rather than a web-page version would be better, sometimes a bit buggy in this view.

The Google Sheets integration is the winner for us

Love that you can easily integrate beebole with sheets - makes my reporting an absolute breeze and is the reason why we stay with them - two clicks and the latest data is imported ready for interrogation, makes it a really powerful tool.
Contras:
It is too customisable, I want to have set views for people and areas of the product rather than everyone being able to change this. It is not the most user friendly, can be a bit confusing for new users, which I think in large part is down to the ability to customise everything everywhere - hit us up if you would like us to help improve the interface :)

Beebole - To control your equipment

Beebolee is an app that is easy to configure and easy to use. The creation of client companies and projects is fast, obtaining control of employee hours as well as their cost/hour. Also the good thing it has are the reports and the export of data to process them with a simple excel
Contras:
Beebolee may be weak in the tasks, there may be a bit of confusion and if you create sub-projects you have to be very careful in the reports, to have a clear vision.

I can easily log my hours for different tasks, and the real-time reports help me keep track of my billable hours, ensuring I'm always on top of my work.
Contras:
when I try to run reports on extensive project histories, it sometimes takes a while to load, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

Comentarios: We are a small consulting firm that relies on accurate time reporting for reimbursement from our clients. BeeBole has provided that with a minimal learning curve. Whenever we have a question or concern about anything the BeeBole team has been very responsive and pleasant to work with.

This product is very easy to use and much more intuitive than some other software we looked at. My staff adapted quickly and like they can access from anywhere.

While standard reports are not exactly what I am looking for, the ability to export the data is so easy and gives me the ability to make the reports look as I want them to.

To my knowledge, the best time tracking software for complex projects
Comentarios: This is an extremely good application that offers enough flexibility to be able to meet a wide range of organization needs in terms of time management and expenses.

- group management could be improved. I would prefer to see all users of a group in one list and modify access there, instead of doing that from the user profile.

From my own experience i liked how you can customize the platform the way you want it to be, especially for financial reports, you get all your data extracted and prepared in an excel sheet which is perfect.Also you can do massive mass uploads from the templates that are prepared by just uploading an excel sheet with the data you want to import .

From the feedback that i have gotten from a lot of people criticized the UI of the platform.Also they want a new feature that allows everyone to automate fulfillement of their timesheets so they do not have to do it daily or weekly, if that's possible to add that it would be perfect

Beebole is an awesome tool

Globally, I love the fact that Beebole is an easy tool to use for anyone internally and to understand for anyone externally. The 2 features I like the most are the timesheet that we are using everyday because they are well build, easy to fill in and even save our time filled while we didn't send them. Also we change the way we are using it 4 times according to our internal process and client requests, without any issue. The 2nd feature is the reports, also easy to build, easy to personalize, we are able to add different reports in order to meet our client needs. The fact they are exportable make also the difference for us and our client as we can export then in csv to comment them for example - it's super helpful to review the time consumed with our client out of the tool.
Contras:
I would say the responsive. I'm using my phone a lot, even to work with it, and when I'm opening Beebole with it, it's not as perfect as on my desktop.

Works for Non-Profit Allocations across Programs
Puntos a favor:
I had experience with project management software coming into my role at a non-profit, and was looking for a way to track time spent on different tasks and multiple programs. By setting each program up as a project, this tool has worked great for us for over 5 years.
Contras:
It was easy to make it too complex at first, because there were options for subtasks and for billing and expenses that we didn't actually need as they are taken care of in other platforms. After year 2 we were able to streamline it down into just the elements we needed, though. Some of the navigation between users and admin settings are a little confusing, there could be more contrast visually between when you're doing your own timesheet and when you are approving or making global changes.
