I love being able to know and talk to real people. Love being a part of their beta programs to give feedback on what they're innovating, it feels like a partnership because they truly care about the user experience and make adjustments when needed.

It's held our desk staff accountable, and we see so many MORE enrollments without the integration. Can't imagine the success we'd have if we did have it though.

I will say phorest in features is one of the best software out there. I love appointment managemetn system, scheudling, and tons of other features that you cannot find in other spa management softwares, Phorest has done incredible job understanding need of spas and setting up everything in convenient way. Pricing wise its on much higher side, I hope Phorest will consider pricing structure making it much more affordable
