E-prescribing is the only feature that I use and it is excellent. It makes EPCS easy and allows my staff to assist me with preparing the prescriptions for my review and authorization.

Contras:

The web interface could be better as well as the process to add and administer users.

Buyer Beware

Comentarios: It was absolutely awful. From the start it was clunky, pt feedback on the experience signing up was terrible. Customer Support was non-existent. I have met with them multiple times and they have been unable to fix any of the issues (consent forms not working, Telehealth not working). I created multiple tickets. Their response was "we said we are looking into it". They promised me a functional program they DID NOT deliver. Worst of all they are still making me pay monthly! The contract says they will provide a functional program and they can't do that!!! I went the KAREO. A bit more expensive but worth it. I am sure they will respond to this (although they seem pretty clueless). They DID not deliver any promises in the contract PLAIN and SIMPLE.

They make it seem like its low cost but they then add on fee after fee. I actually liked nothing. Even the interface is sloppy

Contras:

Telehealth is external to RXNT, Customer support is terrible. They seem to know nothing about their own program. Had to figure out all on my own.

Quite simply, the best prescribing platform available!

Comentarios: I was first introduced to RxNT about 20 years ago at the advent of electronic prescribing. In the 2 decades since, I have used perhaps 8 different prescribing platforms, usually as directed by the health system with which I worked or embedded in an EMR. I have consistently favored RxNT above all others. In fact, the past 2 companies I worked for adopted RxNT at my urging. And now as I have transitioned to and independent practice status, I have once again engaged RxNT as my prescribing program. I'm extremely satisfied, and feel like I've returned home!

Puntos a favor:

From a clinician perspective, it's quite user friendly -- intuitive, logical data location, functional drop downs, easy to add patients, and archive favorite pharmacies, to name a few benefits.

Contras:

The onboarding was a bit more onerous than it probably needs to be, but then again, because I have a history with the program, it may have simply been less relevant to me.

Easy to use. Accurate and up to date info. Scheduling is easy. Documentation has a perfect flow.

Contras:

Sometimes apriss doesn’t work and even though it says é-script sent successfully it doesn’t show if the pharmacy actually received or approved the script.

Comentarios: Customer service and the representative that helped with set up was very nice and helpful. [sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive

I like that we do not have to completely fill out the demographics for a patient. I like that the medications saved are able to be viewed by all our network

Contras:

I would like to have the pharmacy search easier for small pharmacies and I would like to have the pharmacy list be saved for the whole network like the medications saved. I think you need more training. The video's are more of a basic understanding and the rest I had to figure out on my own. It would be nice if you had a rep visit the facility and offer a training session to the trainer.

Great prescribing program

Comentarios: RXNT's prescribing program makes it easy and quick to prescribe accurately while easily maintaining complete, accurate records. I use it for all my prescribing, and I would not want to change.

Puntos a favor:

The biggest reason I started with the RXNT prescribing program instead of some other company's program was that the representative I was working with was very responsive to my tight timeline and promised to get me set up lighting fast, which he did. There was superb customer service up front. But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.

Contras:

A few times I have noticed things that the program seemingly could not do - and then when I have checked with RXNT Support, I find they can show how to do what I need to handle the need that has arisen - like, if I want to prescribe a brand new, newly approved medication that is not yet in the system, there is a way to add it, and Support showed me how. So - there is really nothing not to like. Everything works for me.

Worst Company

Comentarios: We have been with RXNT for over a year. Was great when we first started, now we spend all day submitting support tickets. You can never get a hold of anyone over the phone. Its hard to run a medical office when the website is always down. All they every want to blame it on is your cache or cookies to be cleaned. You can only clear it so much over and over and over.

Nothing, the system is always not working

Contras:

That the system never works. You have to send multiple support tickets a day to find out why things don't work. No one has time to sit around waiting for things to get fixed.

rxnt was a very good website for making appointments and creating new patients, however it had many errors when it came to sending the forms to new patients, and it was very difficult to continue giving papers to everyone

I don't like that it is not easy to use, the first days with this application it is very difficult to adapt, it is very confusing.

I absolutely love this app, and it has been an integral part in improving our patient care and management/delivery of medications. My favorite part is the integration with our physician team, where the nurse can enter an order for a controlled substance and the doctor can sign electronically in real-time. This is especially helpful for patients with urgent needs who need local pharmacy fills.

Contras:

I don't like how the new setup passwords are only good for a short period of time. This makes the onboarding process a bit difficult.

Beware of this product

Comentarios: Poor to mediocre at best due to the delays in functionality.

When its working, its great. When its not, it is a barrier to care and your call schesule

ANYTIME you have a new phone, prepared for waiting days to be functional again. ANYTIME you have an issue, its ALL day to get it fixed. Constant poor customerservice etiquette like: "do you have an email?" YES and its confirmed on your site. Constant- oh I cant fix this part, etc etc

Too many clicks and glitches

Comentarios: I am not a fan. I tried to work with it. Thought all the charges were standard things until I started talking with more colleagues. The system is not easy and, frankly, with improvements in technology, this system should be more intuitive and user friendly--especially for my patients.

It was less expensive. Little did I know as a relatively new private practitioner what I would be missing out on

Contras:

You are charged extra for EVERYTHING-reminders, fax integration, lab integration. The number of clicks to do anything is a definite time suck. And few of my patients are able to easily get into the patient portal which has actually cost me business. Customer service is not adequate. I requested custom forms which I was very interested in. Made detailed templates with examples from their forms to make it as easy as possible. Ended up looking nothing like what I wanted and was fraught with errors. Frankly, it is embarrassing.
