We loved the plug and play approach while still offering deep customization options. The technical documentation was perfect, and contained multiple examples. Their blog was also a plus with a few use cases that were useful. Web implementation was a breeze but it took a bit longer for our mobile app. We've been using smarty for a bit more than a year and had 0 downtime so far, which is definitely reassuring.
