On the User interface end, I believe the app is quite good - with different features and versatility of selecting time / day / resource booking. There are times it is not too stable , though nothing leaving the app and coming back can't solve ( it's stability has some room for improvement). On the Team's responsiveness , I really appreciate their genuine help and support. Using it over the past 1 year , the team have done their best in responding in timely way. They're also well-versed in their product, and try their best in working around a matter . We are still in-process , with learning and giving feedback for more features - overall , it has been a good experience .
