Despite our attempts to cancel, we were billed for an additional 6 months after our initial cancellation request was seemingly ignored or mishandled. When we contacted customer service about the unexpected charge, they refused to issue a refund, citing a vague clause buried deep in their terms of service. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that not only makes canceling difficult but also refuses to rectify charges made in error. We had no intention of using their service beyond our initial term and made our cancellation intentions clear well in advance. Heropost's handling of this situation reflects poorly on their customer service and business ethics. If you're considering using Heropost, be cautious. They appear to have a policy of continuing to charge customers even after cancellation attempts, leaving you with unexpected charges and little recourse. We regret our experience with them and advise others to explore more transparent and customer-friendly alternatives. > > RUN\!
