A very nice thing about Bites: several companies with whom I work use Bites to put out TIMELY information so that an entire Department gets it TODAY and the Powers-That-Be can see who has watched the video to get the info and who has not. For example: An IT Company who manages IT Services for small-to mid-size companies was struggling a couple of months ago when a MS WIN10 update "broke" the Internal VPN for Meraki VPN. Microsoft released a "patch" to fix it, but it was difficult to get the information out to all the remote staff about the simplified fix the senior IT staff had created for this temporary issue. The learning department created a 2-minute Bites video and sent the link to the Service Desk staff so they all received the same information at the same time and were using the same fix. > > **Puntos en contra**: 1. The presence of subtitles was excellent as I can understand videos even if I'm in a noisy environment.Also, allowing new users to sign up with their personal mobile numbers is excellent.
