I found the entire team to be fantastic to work with from implementation to customs and support. We have an interesting work flow and are in a different line of business then they are more familiar with working with on a regular basis The team was always great with offering support and coming up with great solutions to tackle our many requests and possible issues we faced. Having the customer success team here for our implentation week was great in ensuring our transition was a successful one. Due to how we have chosen to work accounts through the project ques it is a bit harder to track employee productivity but we are also newer to the system so there is likely something we can figure out. > > Working with the team over at Dakcs/ Beyond has been a fantastic experience. I have been through a few system conversions in my day and by far this had been the least painful.
