Un software de planificacion de horarios muy competente

Comentarios: Nuestra experiencia general con UKG Pro no es muy agradable, hemos detectado muchos errores y problemas tanto en al version de escritorio como en la de movil. Tiene muchisimas opciones pero la curva de aprendizaje es bastante alta.

Puntos a favor:

Nos ha gustado mucho la facilidad de uso de la herramienta, y su atencion al cliente. En una sola herramienta tenemos un software de control de horarios, gestion de nominas, cuadrante de turnos, planificacion de horarios, control de ausencias...

Contras:

Al principio puede ser un poco dificil de utilizar y tiene algunos errores.La generacion de informes es muy complicada, despues de llevarlo utilizandolo seis meses, todavia no hemos conseguido implementarlo de manera correcta.

Effective payroll and benefits tool

Comentarios: The transition from a paper-based approach has been revolutionary for our company. The most important advantage is that it allows our managers to see all of their employees' records in one place, make edits, view their timesheets in one place, and generate reports.

Puntos a favor:

It gives us a consolidated database of accurate employee information. Our most novice technical trainees can utilize it with the same ease as our most seasoned executives. During the rollout, we received excellent assistance.

Contras:

The most desired component of PowerBI has been difficult to master. We've determined that the HR department can best serve our reporting needs with the assistance of the technological team.

Making the complex simple

Comentarios: Overall, the experience has been favorable. It's ability to integrate with other systems has been the most beneficial.

Puntos a favor:

The integration with UKG Pro Learning and ability to navigate on a mobile device easily.

Contras:

When you using it for "shift" changes there are many barriers.

UKG Pro Review

Comentarios: It’s very user friendly but sometimes glitches and doesn’t load. I have to constantly put in notes for my timesheet.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to see your pay, the categories of pay, and deductions for taxes.

Contras:

When going to clock in, it sometimes glitches.

Sold a dream, delivered nothing but problems

Comentarios: The sales team sold us on the software because they touted a support team that would hold our hand from start to finish and make sure we were never left hanging. Instead, we got UKG project managers who were completely disorganized and nonresponsive, our integration feeds took more than 18 months to create, UKG support took weeks or sometimes literal months to answer our questions, and when UKG drops the ball they still make the customer pay the price for it. We have been on this system for 3 years and still do not have all of our benefits feeds working correctly.

Puntos a favor:

UKGPro has a huge expanse of capabilities and can be highly customized. It's capable of covering most, if not all, needed HR functions.

Contras:

You have to be an expert in the system to get everything to work together correctly. UKG's support is abysmal. Reporting is extremely challenging and UKG forces customers to pay for everything they possibly can. We were left waiting for weeks or months for answers during launch. We are now being forced to pay an additional annual cost to update benefits administration because UKG is not updating their software, but of course they're not discounting our normal fees for the software.

Comentarios: The worst. Will never go back. It is impossible to find affordable employees who have UKG experience.

Puntos a favor:

If you have a vast budget, this could be a great product for you. But you absolutely will spend a fortune for all the bells and whistles. Take your existing budget and triple it. Invoices come non-stop.

Contras:

The contract is impossible to get out of. The cost goes up by 10% each year and you MUST give an extensive notice or the contract auto renew annually. We got stuck paying for ACA and had to move it to a new company as they prepared ACA filing after we terminated our contract adn they refused to refund us. Be very careful wiht UKG, they make up random charges..invoices come in at every turn. IT is also very difficult to find employees who use and understand UKG, bc they turn all of their laid off staffers into consultants who bill at $200 per hour. Dont bother. I have no idea how this company stay in buisness. We had the worst experience in almost all aspects of the software. You are on an island with help only available at $200 per hour. This company functions like a MLM. Employers beware, you will pay top dollar for employees who understad the software or you will have to resort to consultatants....MLM. Worst business model.

Love UKG!

Comentarios: I was able to experience the various modules offered in UKG from Payroll to Onboarding to Recruitment to Performance. I work mostly with the Payroll Gateway and love the Pending Pay feature.

Puntos a favor:

I love how easy it is to navigate, both for employees and administrators. I really like the support from the Community to find answers to everyday tasks that I am doing and I love that I learn something new everyday about UKG's functionality

Contras:

I do not like that Wage attachments for Canada and ROE's are not sent automatically

Comprehensive

Comentarios: I used it as a workunit manager with about 15 direct reports. It's a good product overall, with comprehensive features and good customer service.

Puntos a favor:

- Comprehensive HR/people management system - Easy to learn and implement - Nice integrations between different touchpoints for employees (recruitment, hiring/onboarding, timekeeping, performance management)

Contras:

- User design and experience could be cleaner and more intuitive, especially for the employee-facing side when you have employees that are less digitally literate

Really love this except for one small detail!

Comentarios: Very good overall but could be made better with a few small tweaks!

Puntos a favor:

It makes it easy to do time off management and also to do payroll in all in one place.

Contras:

I don't like that you can't use templates that you can just use to autopopulate each week if your work hours and codes are the same.

So Far, So Good!

Comentarios: I have only been using UKG at work for the past couple of months.

Puntos a favor:

The system is very user-friendly, especially if you are not new to HRIS systems.

Contras:

I have found the reporting to be a bit cumbersome to pull exactly what I want, but that could be because I am new to using this.

UKG pro helps calculate payroll accurately

Comentarios: Payoll may be calculated more precisely with the help of UKG pro. More than 500 workers have used this software to do payroll faster than with any other program.

Puntos a favor:

The Applicant Tracking System at UKG is fantastic. As far as workflows and approvals go, it's also the top dog. UKG contains all the features necessary in an HRIS system, plus the company's partnerships with other suppliers mean that many HR and benefits-related tasks may be automated through seamless connections.

Contras:

When first starting out with UKG, the system can seem daunting. UKG Support has a fantastic ticket system, but in some circumstances, you may have to wait a while before a support specialist responds.

Perfect tool for HRIS

Puntos a favor:

It provides the payroll services including the Talent Management services and many more, basically holds a lot for HRIS system than individual services

Contras:

It a little difficult to get a hang of all the features with UI in the beginning but later on it’s all fun

Fantastic Company & Software

Comentarios: Our company still have areas of UKG Pro that are not being fully utilized. However, we hope to work closely with our UKG team in the future in order to use all the various functions of the system. I've only been working with our company for over a year, but I have had a good experience with working within the software. I've noticed that submitting cases online sometimes takes longer to receive a response. However, when I call in with an issue, the UKG service team has always been friendly and has been able to resolve my problem.

Puntos a favor:

Our company likes UKG Pro because it is an all-inclusive product from hiring our employees, paying our employees, goal-setting, reviews, learning opportunities, and everything in between. We like that all our employees information is housed in one software.

Contras:

There are certain areas of UKG Pro that it would be nice to have a process setup to automatically update information on a certain date, such as allocations and local tax changes. We live in Indiana who withholds local taxes as of January 1st. However, when employees move to a different county and submit a new tax form, the request has to be held until the end of the year. We also have several labor allocations that are only for a certain time frame that have to manually updated.

Great tool

Comentarios: UKG is a great tool, I've being using it for around 8 years. it is user friendly and contains all the information I need to keep my work record updated. I can log on through my cell phone and clock in and out; and I can also see the menu for basic information.

Puntos a favor:

User friendly, it allows me to keep track of all my work-related information.

Contras:

Navigate to complete my yearly evaluation.

UKG vs KMC

Comentarios: I have been with the company for over a year and came during the transition time period dating back to 2023. I have had some bumps and worked thru them mostly with the assistance of UKG Team Members. Sometimes I hear the noise about the system and how it doesn't work for them, but if we all slowed down, they would see that the system offers more than we know,

Puntos a favor:

There are many areas, but the best by far is reporting in BA System.

Contras:

Some of our employees have issues when accessing their records, which might mean that either UKG or KMC provide a How To step by step remedy.

So easy to use

Comentarios: Great for tracking schedules, payroll, time off, editing missed clock in and tax forms. Easy to update profile information. Great on both desk top and mobile app.
Highly recommend.

Very easy access to multiple menus including tax forms, payroll, hourly tracking, vacation time.

Contras:

No cons recorded. I experienced user error but help desk was amazing at resetting my forgotten password

Solid option for timekeeping

Comentarios: UKG Pro has been useful for timecard and pto management

setting employee schedules can be finicky

Best for Med/Large Companies

Comentarios: After I learned the system it is now breeze to use. Some of the design and layout do seem outdated. But that is something easy to over look.

Puntos a favor:

User friendly interface and strong integration capabilities especially for payroll and benefits management.

Contras:

It is a bit more expensive than other soft like it. It's better for a large size company. It does have extensive feature set. So New user may need significant training time.

UKG Pro Pretty Cool

Comentarios: My overall experience is decent enough to keep using it maybe they will work out the kinks

Puntos a favor:

The ability to clock in an out and view my benefits and time from my phone!

Contras:

The constant crashing! It’s always crashing and needed to reenter and verify passwords.

Easy access

Comentarios: I can review my pay cheque, my vacation and other stuff easily

Puntos a favor:

Easy to maneuver through the menu on the side panel

Contras:

Nothing because I can obtain any information that is required

UKG is helpful

Puntos a favor:

UKG makes it easy to view your compensation, and benefits, update your personal information, can model your pay, and it tells me my history as far as compensation with the company

Contras:

The mobile version is very limited, you can not see or do much on there

The best system for anyone!

Puntos a favor:

I loved using UKG Pro - first, it is so user friendly and seamless. It is so easy to log in and clock in and out. The system was very appealing and make it simple to clocking in and out super quick and easy. I absolutely LOVE how simple it is to request time off and the system shows you everything you need to know, along with simply locating paystubs.

Contras:

I really don't have anything bad to say about UKG Pro - just wish my company still used it.

Great product for small business.

UKG for non profit

Puntos a favor:

Pending pay, payroll gateway, Year end module

Contras:

Tax and Payment services are not responsive on some of our tax cases. Causing a lot of penalties and interests to our organization.
