Best decision ever

Comentarios: Every time I’ve had questions or confusion there has been a consistent support team to help solve the problem.

Puntos a favor:

The scheduling is organized and easy to understand for new employees. The analytical reports are a big part of employee reviews and coaching sessions. This has helped me build and maintain clientele for over 20 years.

Contras:

I wish there were analytical reports for the individual colors I use in formulas the most often. This would help in ordering.

Efficient, but needing some updates

Comentarios: Overall, Millenium was an efficient software to run the salon with. I had access to all of the reports I needed and learning how to navigate everything was quick with practice. With some reformatting it could be even more so.

Puntos a favor:

It is an easy enough system to navigate. The tool bar to the left makes it easy to look up clients and add clients to the pending list, one of my favorite features. I often have clients who request appointment times that aren't available and it's convenient to be able to put a specific time, date and service request on the pending list so should that spot open up a window automatically pops up to remind me of that client's request. I also love how I can fit the entire schedule on to one screen so I don't have to scroll to see the full day. It also easily organizes the Employee Supply Usage by products, making ordering infinitely easier.

Contras:

My biggest flaw with this software is probably the inability to switch between windows without closing out of the current one. Often times I'm switching between booking a client, checking one out, and looking at their history so it's a lot harder to do that when I have to completely close out of the register in order to book their next appointment or do something else. I wish it was more multi-functional. It can also be a bit confusing with how many windows pop up on certain functions. For example, often times when the system logs you out after a period of inactivity it will say that you have yet to clock in even though you have. This has led to a few occasions where I will end up actually clocking out because it said I was never clocked in. I think this is more of a system glitch than anything.

Great for starting a business

This software has a great layout with simple icons, very self explanatory. Great for business starters looking for a system to truly organize their servjces. Especially in the medical/aesthetic field.

Contras:

The color variations in the main screen could be more vibrant, and not so dull in my opinion. Other than that, wonderful.

Was hoping for an update on Millenium

Comentarios: I wish instead of creating a new software (MEEVO) they should have improve it. MEEVO is great however they took things that were great already and make it complicated or not as accurate as it was.

It was easy to make an appointment, also the reports where great on details.

Contras:

You couldn’t open more than one window at a time. Also it was glitching a lot.

Makes running a salon so easy

Millennium is the best Salon software out their. It is made to make your life easier. We switched to Millennium a few years ago, and it was the best decision.

Absolutely no cons about this program. So thankfully i was introduced to it

Okay Software

The thing I liked most about this software was that it was easy for most of our new hires to learn in a short amount of time. It was simple enough for them to comprehend and user friendly.

Contras:

There were times when the system would glitch or we would have missing appointments that would disappear and then reappear later but I am sure that it is probably fixed by now with all of the updates and improvements.
