> **Puntos a favor**: Simple well explained steps to set up. In words I could understand, the everyday person n understand. The software keeps all the information needed in a nice organized online "file" so you have it at hand even when on the go.

> **Puntos en contra**: When on the go you have to use that data  and it seems to use quiet a bit of it to use. Which then kills my battery much quicker than usual. Keep a charger handy when on the go\!

> **Puntos en contra**: The training for this program has been inadequate for providers at my hospital system. I am sure it is a fine product, but it has so far included a steep learning curve due to inadequate training.

> It replaces the previous booking system in EPIC. This system is absolutely essential to running any type of medical practice. While EPIC use in a behavioral health department like ours is kind of like strapping a V8 engine on a Smartcar, by focusing on a few core features you can keep the experience form being overwhelming. This new switch to Bookit seems to have been better integrated into the patient's medical record itself, but time will tell.
